Should not take 24 hours to get a prescription filled but that’s the usual wait time here. Never coming back and I’ve been a customer at this location for 14 years.

People are nice, I always have to wait for them to fill my prescription here, even if it was ordered 4 days in advance. Like I said the workers are amazing, just tired of wasting my time in line.

They have extremely dirty floors at almost all Walgreens locations. A place that should be hospital clean is extremely dirty.

Walgreens is a nice clean store to go to for everyday daily items.The new pharmacist he looks like he from other country which is no problem but, he is very nonchalant and rude. He acts like he doesn’t want to be at work. And when you ask him questions he act like he is being bother it’s just plain old disrespectful. I have even seen him being rude to the pharmacy techs..one time I picked up my medication and I was talking to the pharmacy tech. and the pharmacist just threw the medicine bag at her.And the some of the new pharmacy tech needs to be trained better. I called up there up about my medicine and I was told I need referral from my doctor to get this pacific medicine because it’s a pain medicine. When any other time I have just received the medicine without any problems. So I contact my doctor to let them know about it. And was told it will take a while to get the referral. Then I got a notification saying my medicine is ready for picked up. So basically I didn’t even need that. Walgreens pharmacy please get it together for customers.

Tried to return items thru FedEx returns at Walgreens, like your supposed to, clerk had a list of reasons why I couldn't do it, went down the street to the next Walgreens, they did it in 5 minutes with NO PROBLEMS whatsoever. Will never shop that Walgreens again .it happened in the morning ,clerk didn't want to do it and needs trained badly!

Walgreens use to be a decent store for everything. Now you have rude pharmacy tech in person and the phone. For some reason with medication it's always the manufacturer but other pharmacies in town have what you need. This location is the worst

Drive thru is the slowest in the city and rarely has meds ready when they say they will. Staff is very rude and slow.

Called about a prescription my PCP sent here. The pharmacist I spoke to told me that he assumed I wouldn't want my prescription because of the expense and did not have any customer service skills. With the inflation that is effecting all of us, one would think that a pharmacist could at least have compassion while telling you that your medications are unaffordable or help you to figure out alternatives. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
