Pharmacy sucks so bad that we switched to the nearby Bakers. They gave us the wrong number of pills on several occasions and misplaced our medication and said that we came and picked it up (???).
The store? This store is ghetto. Like really ghetto. It's the dirtiest Walgreens in the city. The employees are rude... Last time I was in there, the cashier said literally nothing to us. I spoke to him, but he didn't say anything back. I've purchased eye drops here and they were expired ($20!). Their employees are too busy face timing, live streaming, and listening to their earbuds to care at all. They might as well close this place. It really went downhill after Covid and haven't been able to keep decent staff, since.
My wife and I both agreed we won't be returning. The 50th and Center location and the one in Council Bluffs are both 24 hours and have much, much better service.

This is by far the worst pharmacy in all of Omaha. With how much of their stuff comes from central fill I don't get how they can ALWAYS be so behind. The staff that works back there are rude and completely unprofessional. They don't know what is going on half the time and can't give any help to solve any kind of issues. They are poorly trained and poorly mannered. I have had refills go missing on prescriptions. Insurance "not being accepted" when my insurance has spoken to them directly. It's the worst place to go. Their drive through has no sense to it. The inside line goes all the way back to the front half of the store at times. It's just a complete mess all around. Definitely pick a different location than this one.

Waited 20+ minutes in the pharmacy drive-thru. Staff helped several in-store customers during my wait time and never once acknowledged me. Left without being assisted.

This location has been steadily going downhill. They used to have great Halloween decor and now have almost nothing and half of that is just candy. The pharmacy is getting really bad. Since they started outsourcing their refills in order to provide better customer service the service has gotten worse. The lines are longer and slower. They used it as an opportunity to reduce staffing. And they often forget to give you all the prescriptions you have waiting for you. And they have stopped notifying you when your prescriptions are ready. I did not request auto refill and yet they have started doing auto refill. I did not request to have all my prescriptions bundled together so they are refilled at one time. I get most of mine done on a 90 day rotation and I had them at different points along that spectrum so I spread out spending the money over many different paychecks and then they started lumping them all together. I'm pissed off that they made those changes without my permission. The overall service in the entire store is much worse than it used to be. They no longer have nice displays for the newly released make-up for each season. It is now scattered around the back half of the store and the front of store displays are usually for crappy items or junk items.

Littlerly worst walgreens I've ever been in. Usually dirty, pharmacy is slow and understaffed and unable to process medications same day most of the time.Do better Walgreens!

I don't usually like to write about bad service,but today I received just that. Today morning 4/18/2023. @ 9:20 am. They open at 9am so I thought that would be enough time to pick up some medicine. The guy there was rude to me saying I needed to come back an hour later. I was there now. My medicine was ready yesterday. It was prepay. What a load of crap. I know it wasn't the regular guy there. It was some new ahole.

Been on hold for 10 minutes waiting to ask about a prescription, they're always slow and most their workers are rude. They hung up on me for having me on hold too long.

Merchandise not tracked sufficiently. 40% outage across all products. Assistant mgr. was not sure of outside vendor deliveries. Understandable during pandemic but this is not acceptable. Question long if they have regional managers.

Pharmacist said that I took my number out of receive text messages. Never use Walgreens app or website , so how could I remove my number from their system? No they system , girl never put my prescription in when she asked my phone number .( when she asked this time the text and ONLY FIRST text I ever got from Walgreens came through ) They lied and said they tried to contact me , but saying I opt out of text messages when I never did anything on Walgreens but call to refill my meds. They are liars and nobody truthful . She was trying to belittle what I was trying to ask about the history on file when someone calls in to refill. My child haven’t had her meds in 3 weeks now . If an order is from doctors do NOT belittle and saying “ you can come in and get it yourself” ( even if it is over the counter ) doesn’t know a person physical abilities. Please do better and answer the phones ! Pharmacist are liars !!!!! Do better when it comes to helping people getting their meds !

I have a prescription I need to live. My doctor called the prescription over a week ago, and instead of telling me that the medication was on back order (for over a week while I was rationing meds) they told me that my medication would be ready tomorrow. I called the pharmacy to double check and they let me know it was not going to be available for the foreseeable future. This was after doctors office business hours were over. A very nice person at another non-Walgreens pharmacy helped me find a location with this med in stock instead of saying "we're out find it somewhere else". Walgreens as a whole has been very disappointing with communication about medication status and seems to withhold the status of my meds (because if they had told me it was on back order they would've lost my service sooner). Not a slay.

Pharmacy is slow at filling orders and communication is lousy. Showed up 45 minutes after it was called in by the doctor. She said they would have it filled in 40 minutes (and text when ready). I'm still waiting 2 hours later. Also tried calling, but gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes.

Pharmacy is terrible. I was first in line at 10am and waited over an hour while people behind me were receiving their prescriptions.
