During our mall visit to Francesca's on a Sunday at 5:45 pm, which was our final stop after a day of shopping, we were met at the entrance by an older women whose demeanor appeared unwelcoming. She mentioned that the store would be closing in 5 minutes and made a somewhat unsettling comment about the possibility of locking us in. When I expressed my concern about her behavior, she promptly asked us to leave. While I do not know her identity, if I were the owner of Francesca's, I would stress the importance of upholding a high level of professionalism among all staff members to maintain the store's reputation.

I'm sorry I don't know what was going on in that place but it stunk. Every other store in the mall had a nice clean smell within the place. You'd think with how expensive the place is it'd be more glamorous but I walked thru the whole place thinking the smell wld go away no luck.

Never have much on sale.Really nice high quality merchandise but should carry some less expensive items too. Very good salespeople. Great customer service. Thank you.

EXCELLENT SERVICE by "Oya" a very lovely Turkish sales associate...she was no pressure and extremely helpful with measurements for shirts...helped us locate a couple suits that were the right style and size (with a few alterations (that are "free") and we expressed the need to have them done by Saturday morning and they very kindly obliged! ..the gentleman who took his measurements was very professional and knew exactly how I wanted his pant legs tapered for a stylish look..."Oya" assisted us with under shirts, several ties and dress shirts to go with the suits....very positive experience...pricy ...YES...but well worth it for the individual undivided attention! Live piano music playing in the background on the baby grand piano was a very nice touch ..Everything was well folded in tissue wrap and garment bag...we were very pleased...Perfect for date night on Saturday night!
