The survey format is ridiculous. First, one has to "reply" to a text just in order to "request" the survey. Why don't you JUST SEND A SURVEY LINK THE FIRST TIME you contact us, instead of having us answer the questions in "DRIBBLES" by several texts back and forth?

Aimee is the best hands down . Yesterday was my first time meeting her and she has such good patience with answering all my questions. You can tell she loves her job & such a positive personality. Thanks Aimee for all your help .

We deal with 2 different women, Marcia being the most recent, to purchase my glasses and they were both amazing and I did not feel pressured to make rushed decisions which in turn I ended up buying a second pair of glasses (sunglasses) and extra contacts for my husband.
