We talked to Ben at this location about some questions for our service and phones. It was close to closing and he still helped us and was very knowledgeable and nice. Ben gets 5 stars for being very helpful and fantastic service.

We had the best experience. Christina was extremely knowledgeable and sweet. We went to the main Verizon store in Fremont earlier; sat and waited for 2 hours and left (didn't get help after waiting for hours). Went to this retail shop and received the help we needed. Christina was amazing to work with. The other lady there was also very kind and helpful to the other guests that were there. I will choose this store over all others going forward.

Sales rep had no knowledge of Verizon’s products or services. He had to “phone a friend” for details. On top of that, he charged a $39.99 “set up and go fee”, when he set up nothing. I called Verizon (611) after leaving the store and got the money credited to my account. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION!!

I’m writing this as I have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting to return two phones for a discount as part of a promotional deal I already accepted. One customer was ahead of me. One employee working. This should have been a one minute interaction. They care zero about your time. Go literally anywhere else. I wish I would have.I also was charged 40 dollars a phone for them to set it up when switching phones but was never told of the charge. I would have done this myself and saved the 80 bucks on two phones had I known. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Had an appointment I called and scheduled yesterday for today at 2pm. Was told to get here 15 minutes early and have now been waiting 30 minutes. Stores unlocked but no one is here. I now see a sign on the door that they are closed due to being short staffed however this was never told me when I called me yesterday to schedule the appointment. Just feel like my time has been wasted and all I wanted to do was get a new phone with Verizon. Wish I was informed this location isn't accepting appointments before I drove all the way here. Disappointed in how this played out

Customer service mediocre at best. Had two representatives attempt to help us upgrade our phone only to be sent to another location after already waiting weeks for our phone delivery & being without service for hours. Waste of time & gas. I could’ve stayed with sprint if I wanted subpar service.
