I placed an order pickup for home internet at this store. The order status never changed and it was never fulfilled. I got a notice today saying the order is cancelled because I never picked it up, but it was never ready for pickup. I checked everyday from the day that I ordered. I already cancelled my internet service with my previous provider and now I am unable to sign up for the internet with Verizon in my area because the max number of people have signed up. This whole process is frustrating and this location clearly does not care, they would rather just cancel an order and leave someone hanging. I have had nothing but issues since switching my services to Verizon in March. I highly recommend looking at literally any other carrier, even if it’s a few dollars more expensive.
