I enjoy the dependability of the service. 14 years with Verizon, and they offer no special prices for their loyal customers only to the new customers, or if I would add a line. I don’t need another line so… Sucks seeing all the promotions going on when they don’t apply to a long time customer. ??♀️

Terrible customer service. Celeste (the manager) stood around for two hours while myself and a Mother with a new born waited along with other customers. I have spent 14+ hours trying to get my issue resolved through phone support, and in the store. Two associates failed to follow up. That's when Celeste was first brought in. She also failed to follow up with me after giving her word she would. This is a pattern based on other customer feedback and similar reviews, and if someone truly cares to fix the problems they should start by listening to the customers.

Have been here waiting. I am watching staff. Celeste Is the manager. She is simply standing around and watching people while people are working and waiting to be helped. She will sign people in when they walk in the door but that has been rare. This probably why this location has two stars. Customer service is horrible. I understand that people have to wait when they need help. If you're not helping someone at least act busy or go to the back of the store. This a absolutely ridiculous. This type of leadership is ver poor. When I asked her about it she was very rude. Made smart comments as she walked away. Another very poor example of leadership. I guess you take what you can get for employees at this time. This is definitely not how Verizon typically works.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Should be zero stars. Manager was just standing around when customers waiting for help. Two hot wait for service.

Absolutely trash customer service. They had multiple people "working" but only 2 actually helping customers. The manager informed one of the employees checking people in that they were on a 3hr wait, all while she walked around the store with another employee hanging posters. Total 5 employees and 2 ACTUALLY WORKING. Seriously. Get it together. Disappointed is an understatement

I came to the store three times because of scheduling problems. First one was my fault I didn't make an appointment. So we made an appointment for the following Monday at five. On Monday we show up and we're told by a very grumpy sour faced employee that we're not on the schedule. After a few minutes of him looking very annoyed and asking me to pull up an email we found one that said Thursday. We returned on Thursday to find a very grumpy manager who is not at all sympathetic to the fact that we've come to the store three times and evidently we got put down for the wrong Thursday. Rather than acknowledge that her team might have messed up she just assumed we did. She offered to let me wait two hours to see if they could fit us in. I think I would rather drive two hours to another place if they treated me better. I think what is so frustrating is not that they were mistakes which happen but they really don't seem to care at all about my inconvenience or be open to the fact that possibly their team made a mistake. Do better Celeste.

So I went BACK to Verizon. I had left because of their junk customer service. I came back because leave it to me to me to find a company that's Verizon's equal in the junk customer service dept. AND has no service! So I'm back, first I'm told the wait will be about 45 min because I don't have an appt. So, JAY, makes me an appointment! Monday at 6pm. I am told to get a transfer pin to keep same number. I get that. Show up for my appt at 5:55pm. JAY, was ready for me at 6:20pm. JAY, wants my transfer pin and my account number for the company with shit people like just like JAY does at Verizon. I tell JAY he neglected to tell me to have my account number but that I can get it. JAY rolls his little eyes. I call to get the account number, the entire time JAY, is rolling his eyes, tapping his fingers etc. JAY apparently wants me to know that he is not happy. JAY, is about 5'6" I'm 6'5". JAY knows better than to actually say anything. The person at the company that has matched Verizon in shit customer service but lacks the tech asks me why I want my account number. I reply because I send money every month and I ask for it! JAY has heard enough! As I give him the number JAY takes a calming lap around the store. I guess I "triggered" JAY? After this JAY will only point. He has decided I can't be addressed anymore! This is fine with me, JAY, LOOKS pretty tough! He has his whole neck tattooed. He wants us all to think he is a biker I guess! Although not sure without a running start, how he gets his leg over a real motorcycle. I have to admit his little squeaky voice with the tough guy tattoos is triggering? Is that the word? Me! So any way we are back to the company with shit customer service but the best tech service (hardware, I'm certain the human techs are shit as well) This is not to say they are good, just the best of what's out there. All of it is over promised and under delivered. Be sure to JAY, I said he ducks at what he does if you see him!
