Save yourself a trip. This place is misrepresented as a post office. The only thing they do here is sell stamps and packaging boxes. They could not do any meaningful transactions that one can usually do at post offices like mail forwarding etc..

I know what you're thinking Hy-Vee is for groceries. 3 completely different events I attended and these are the flowers that they had from this particular hy-vee. THEY ARE PERFECTION!!! The floral team there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their wedding guru/floral manager is great. Fun, friendly and creative- I'd say to let her create something and go from there. This location is one of the best places to get flower!!!

So while I am a huge fan of Hy-Vee this is the second time they have let me down on take a bake pizzas. I have brought this to managements attention before and apparently it was not addressed. Stopped in today to grab some snacks and pizza for the football games today. Why can we not figure out how to get sauce all over the pizza? Again this review is based on the pizza not the store as a whole. These pizzas are not made in store. So as a whole corporate needs to address the quality of how these are made. Your charging a higher price for these then some local pizza delivery places. If you want to keep people coming back for them you will need to up your game and make sure they are quality products.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It's fast and friendly service. There's a Caribou and that's my favorite coffee place and the staff are friendly and make terrific drinks. It's a fabulous experience. It's clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. I've had staff offer me cupholders and carts. The only thing that could be better is the parking lot needs resurfaced.

HyVee 180th and Pacific - restaurant areaMy husband and I ate at 178th street HyVee (Omaha) this morning. We ordered biscuits and gravy, as well as four strips of bacon. The entire ordered was inedible. The bacon was burnt to a crisp and the biscuits were rocks. Only one strip of bacon was consumed. We informed the attendant that it was all overcooked. We did not ask for a refund. We were not offered a refund. We simply were happy to leave. On the way out we happened to notice that a plate of pancakes left on another table were also burned. We won't be back and we won't be using HyVee to cater my mother's birthday party. Badly done, HyVee - very badly done.

Whenever I'm out in this area, this is my Hy-Vee of choice. I'm not sure what it is but their Wine and Spirits section is better than others. For a while, (and this is minor but still), Crown Royal Reserve was nowhere to be found - from what I was told, they focused more on the Original and Apple since those were better sellers and they were limited by pandemic (or something along those lines) but I could find it here. The people are always polite and give that "Helpful Smile in Every Aisle" Hy-Vee used to trumpet.

Hy-Vee is my favorite grocery chain. It's probably not the best value, but I get a feeling the people who shop at Hy-Vee are okay paying that extra 5-10% for a nice shopping experience with a better selection of quality groceries. It's regionally owned (HQ'd in West Des Moines, Iowa). This location is nice and has a great selection. I was even able to score some kumquats on my most recent visit! Deli and meat counter are great too. Employees are friendly. I've never understood why there's so much variation in the layout of a chain's various locations. Go to Hy-Vee in Papillion at Shadow Lake Towne Center, Hy-Vee at 180th & Q, and then come to this Hy-Vee at 180th & Pacific. Three radically different layouts and for what? To just confuse customers who stop in at a location that isn't their usual Hy-Vee? I realize they were built at different times, but as the years pass and the stores reconfigure why don't they become more similar in layout?

Just tried to eat Sunday breakfast. After being seated and brought drinks by the host, nothing. We waited and waited. The wait staff would look at us and look away or completely ignore us. Even if we weren't in their section, it's not difficult to see we still have our menus and find someone to help. Left coffee money on the table and walked out.

Terrible service. Dirty tables. Been waiting an hour and not even busy. And I ordered a salad. Numerous employees just walking around slowly doing nothing. Pathetic. Finally got my Caesar salad and had no dressing. I'm done...

I ordered flowers for our 40th to be delivered. They arrived and my wife was ecstatic but the photo she sent me was meh at best. A bit underwhelming considering the cost and the gal that waited on me could have cared less I think. Very disappointed and won't be ordering flowers from there again. Its just a once in a lifetime event so...thanks for nothing.

First, Hy-Vee is one of my favorite places to grocery shop, get pharmaceuticals from, and find small odds and a ends. This location helped us with a giant NICU donation very last minute. We are so grateful to have this type of grocery store near us! Everyone is always kind and helpful! They definitely go above and beyond.

Nice store, but recently noticed deceptive sale display. Normally, when you see 3 for $12, you assume it will ring up at $4 each. Now you have to check the fine print and see if a minimum amount is required. Check my photo. It says below sale price "With purchase of 3." The sale was for Bubly. I paid $5 for 1 pack, assuming they would be $4 each. This is a recent innovation to screw the customer. Not cool!

This store is conveniently located off of 180th and Pacific. Hyvee employees are trained to say hello to customers and ask if they can help you find anything. At this location, only 20% of the employees will do this. I believe this store is not bright and clean compared to other Hyvees in the city limits. Most items are back on the shelves and in quantity. I did pick up dog treats this morning and the variety is decent for a grocery store. The parking lot can become tricky to maneuver during peak times. I stopped using the gas pumps and the fuel saver program and went with another gas saving program. The discounts provided had more restrictions so I went with a program that would allow me to bank my rewards.
