Second time in 5 months that my mail was on the wrong route. Tracking told me I had to pick it up from the office. The number to reach them does not work. I drove to the post office to pick up my package and was informed that it was not there- it was on the wrong route. I asked why it updated as ready for pick up and got a shrug. The facility is basically a large metal door in an unconditioned small area. You have to ring a bell and wait for someone toOpen the window attached to the door. I can’t stand this post office. No accountability.

The website says they are open till 530. That’s not true. I just barely caught the postman at 5:10 as he was pulling away. I informed him that the website at 5:30 and he said no it’s 5 PM

I called here this morning to request possibly pulling a package that I needed ASAP for my Grandma's 95th birthday. They said they get so many requests for this daily that they can't always accommodate. However they retrieved it, pulled it out of the mail, and allowed me to come pick it up. It's the little things, but MADE MY DAY! Thank you for the great customer service!
