All you need to do is walk in. Forget scheduling an appointment. I walked in at 9:30am on a Friday and was helped immediately. Staff was helpful in answering all my questions, getting my information filled out, taking my photo and taking my payment. They then answered all my questions about how long the passport would take, etc. I had zero issues.

Chuck was barking orders like the other reviewer said. I also asked about why they never answer the phone listed and he told me they don’t know what number is listed. Didn’t even ask or made an attempt to correct the problem. Just said many people say that.

Just walk in!It's true that It's almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. That's because once you walk in, you can see how busy they are! They are super helpful, super fast. I was there no longer than 20 mins to process my passport, with no appointment. During that time 4 other families were processed by 3-4 different clerks. Very fast, very nice staff.

The USPS website for making a passport appointment does not work 99% of the time. During the 1% of the time that I was able to get an appointment at this location, I never received a confirmation text or email. Luckily, Postal Impressions does not answer their phone and does not take messages, so I have no way of confirming anything. The next "available" appointment is in another month, and it tells met that it's not available for the "number of people" I'm making an appointment for. I am one person. Horrible system.

I am giving a 1 star review because there's no option for a zero! I have called this Omaha location during operating hours 9 times last week and 4 times this week, and not one person will answer the phone!! I have questions and need to get passports for my 3 children. I have also tried booking online and it is not working. I eventually called the Fremont location and spoke with a nice gentleman who was very helpful. He was also having trouble with the online system. He said to keep trying, and if nothing works within the next few days, to contact him again. This is sooooo frustrating!!!!!

I made a phone call to see about getting an appointment and the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude. No one needs to be talked down to... good thing there are other places to go to get your passport.

Do not let the reviews scare you. Both workers were extremely helpful and friendly. In and out very quick. I was actually early for my appointment because I didn't want to be late. I thought I would have to wait until my time but they saw me waiting and called me over.
