They took care of my package at this location after I was refused service at the post office on 6012 N 102nd st. The lady at that other location was new, she did know what to do so she got a supervisor for assistance, whom refused to help me and refused service with way too many excuses to mention. It was almost closing time but I was already in line with 10 other customers behind me, so he seemed adamant in making me leave so that he doesn't have to do any work that he really didn't want to do in the first place. The only good viable and useful help he gave was to go to Hy-Vee. The postal service at Hy-Vee is friendly, professional, knowledgeable in their job, something that the post office at 102nd st extensively lacks. From now on, I'm coming to Hy-Vee.

They don't care we've been having problems with packages being stolen. So they started taking all our packages to the post office. The problem with this is I might not be able to get my package for days at a time because there operation hours me and my fiance are working. Also our car doesn't work so I'm going to have to start walking to the post office. I have cameras in front of my door so if they just put it in front of my door it would be safe or ill catch the thief. Also me and my fiance work from so if they littlerly just push the button to the apartment one of us can take our 15 and retrieve it. I've called left notes they littlerly don't care. The last time I I picked up my packages I informed the lady at the front desk I installed cameras so please leave it at my door she was like no thats not our problem. They don't listen and they don't care I don't have this problem with Amazon FedEx or UPS.

I had an important delivery that had arrived downtown and then for some reason went to North Platte before coming back to Omaha. I was becoming a bit frantic due to the delay and new anticipated delivery dates which became later and later. The people at this location were really great and the supervisor went to great lengths to help me which included calling me the morning that my package arrived. He was Awesome! I will recommend this Fort St. location happily.

Had issues with a package and I believe his name was, Tim, was extremely helpful and nice. Pam also made sure I was being helped. Every time I am there, there is someone to help. Great post office with nice employees

I went there in May of this year and purchase some hot food from there restaurant and it was really good like that they carry my almond milk and my coconut butter in the dairy section and I haven't had the chance to try there bakery yet and from what I saw they have a very nice bakery will have to give it a try and I have my prescription filled there as well
