Have had month delayed mail. But outside of this do NOT GET A MONEY ORDER MADE HERE! Not only is it overpriced, if there’s an issue where you need it refunded, they don’t follow through with an adequate amount of time to refunded. My husband’s money order got flagged as fraudulent so we were getting threatened with eviction. After reaching out to the post office, and corporate in Washington, D.C., I was told I’d be refunded within 30 days. We are almost 60 days out from that 30 days as the check “got lost in transit”. Then he asked for direct deposit. Was told it was direct deposited. Checked with bank and told it’d be released by this last Friday. Nothing. He checked with his bank today, Monday, and was told they rejected the direct deposit before it was able to be released. We are looking into getting this exposed through KETV in Omaha with Mike McKnight as it seems like everybody that gets money orders here has this issue of a run around and is “impossible” to get refunded as you get the “run around”. This isn’t fair and completely illegal activity. We are trying to prevent anybody else from having this issue so he will be taking further action as his father is a retired cop as well.

I love this post office and have never had a bad experience here. On the contrary! The staff is super nice, friendly, and helpful. They don't rush anyone out but take their time to make sure each transaction is what the customer needs. Management actually returned my phone call a few years ago -- almost unheard of in today's world.

I’m writing this review to bring awareness to the speed and distracted driving of USPS mail carriers in the keystone neighborhood (68134). At 3:15pm on 3/21, a USPS mailman was speeding up my street and hit our 75lb German Shepherd, whom we had to put down due to her extensive injuries. I know this may be met with some criticism, believe me when I say I’ve been riddled with guilt for having her out front playing with me and my daughter, I take responsibility for that. But I don’t believe USPS has taken any responsibility of their own. She was cutting across the street chasing a bunny when this occurred. The response from USPS following this incident has been baffling. Immediately following the accident, I was trying to get my severely injured dog back up to my house and watch my daughter as well. Right away the mailman began trying to cover his fault, asking for a statement from me while I was clutching my bleeding dog. I waited 25 minutes in my driveway 3 houses up for my husband to arrive to take our dog to the vet, and during that time the postman never came back to speak with me, even after driving by and seeing me sitting there. A manager, Shelly, showed up sometime later and still no one came up to speak with me. I left to take my dog to the vet and let them know this while driving by. The only thing the manger did was let me know she’d have to report the incident to the humane society. No apology, no compassion, no human decency, nothing. I didn’t hear anything further from USPS until I personally went online and submitted a customer service complaint. It was then, 6 days after the incident, a customer service member from a different state called me. She did apologize but then told me that they monitor the mail carrier’s speed which showed the postman was going 9MPH and said he didn’t see my dog due to looking at my daughter on the sidewalk on her scooter. She informed me the mail carriers were spoken to about the incident and they would be “monitoring” their speed more closely in our neighborhood. This response instills zero confidence in me that this will not happen again and feels like the whole thing was brushed under the rug to cover fault. It is nearly impossible to travel UP HILL going 9mph, I tried it and my car was almost at a standstill. My dog was hit so hard that the headlight on the mail truck completely shattered and made a noise I’ll never forget, that doesn’t happen at a slow speed. My daughter was on her scooter further down the hill from where the incident occurred so it is not possible he could’ve been looking at her when he hit my dog. I have multiple neighbors who witnessed the entire accident and agree that he was traveling too fast going up a residential hill and lied in his statements after the fact. But even if he had been watching out for my daughter, one should always be heads up driving and paying attention to all their surroundings. Because what if it had been 2 kids, 3, 5? Had he just been looking up, he’d have seen my dog running down the side of the street chasing the bunny before cutting across the road. Someone who drives through residential neighborhoods for a living should be hyper aware when driving at all times. It is clear he was not only speeding but distracted. I sent several follow up emails and calls to USPS following my one phone conversation. I spoke with the manager Shelly, who continued to offer no sympathy, bringing up multiple times the damage to their mail truck and then informing me he was going 19 not 9. I’m not sure what to believe at this point as they continue to lie and explain away the accident. I know I cannot change the past, nothing will bring my dog back, but I am sincerely hoping to raise awareness to this incident, to hold USPS (and everyone) accountable for how they drive and how poorly the situation was handled afterwards, so that no other family has to experience this. This was our dog, whom we loved dearly but what keeps eating at me is how easily it could’ve been mine or anyone else’s children.

USPS blue box was broken into presidents day weekend, they have no exterior cameras facing front , no care for our personal belongings . horrible customer service , website always has issues . if you can't keep a box secure, then don't offer the service . DO NOT use drop box here unless you want your packages stolen, how can a local donut shop have exterior cameras but a federal post office can't afford them?

I submitted a hold mail request, and I called to find out if my mail was held at this location for me to pickup. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and told me she cannot tell me if my mail is there or not, and had attitude with me. I am just trying to find my mail, you would think they would be more helpful and polite when dealing with our mail. There is no easy way to talk to another live person either. Horrible customer service.

I tried to call about a package I didn't receive and USPS said they delivered. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. You guys were the ones asking me to call you, why are you hanging up on your customers? All I want is my package. Is that too much to ask, USPS?

USPS has become worse and worse over the years. Making it difficult to change your address. Essentially forcing you to buy a new id every time you move just to get mail forwarding. Wanting proof I live somewhere my id is a valid form of ID so I should be able to move what do you need extra proof I live somewhere for. Some people are staying with others so this makes it very difficult to get mail. I could only imagine if someone was homeless they’ll never get their mail.

I'm seriously wondering if the mail carriers can read. Or maybe they simply do not care. For three years I have been getting business neighbors mail and they get mine. Last month I got a stack of mail from three years ago that had been sitting in a box that was unassigned. Since this is a business, I receive mostly payments via mail, so it's a big problem. Postmaster and others do not care. Most of the time they website to schedule a mail pickup does not work, and they do not answer the phone. Maybe they should stop spending money on TV ads telling us how great they are, while raising rates, and get things fixed.
