Considering the amount of traffic the USPS employees see on a daily basis... I have nothing but gratitude for Tim, Terri, Frank and the other employees that are working in the back. (That we don't see) So many people are so quick to get upset over such trivial situations that they've had with the USPS, and it makes me sick!!! Try putting yourselves in their shoes. I couldn't do what they do, or put up with all the ignorant customers they deal with EVERY DAY!!! If you're not happy with the USPS.... Go elsewhere. I'm thankful for the service provided, but more importantly. I appreciate the individuals providing the service!

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with these people. All my packages are delivered to the wrong apartment. There’s a North and South tower, but it seems like they’re too lazy to check and always deliver to the South tower. There’s an (N) on my apartment number for a reason but these bozos can’t seem to get that figured out.

writing less than positive reviews is never fun. i had a package rerouted to this post office after i realized the original shipping address was incorrect. i went in today to pick it up after getting notified it was ready. they were slammed which is understandable and i'll never dock a place for being busy. the customer service i received was honestly, terrible. the lady helping me was very rude and it just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. if i have to visit a USPS location in the future, i will probably choose a different location. i sincerely hope the USPS gets the support they deserve and i know COVID gas been hard on them, but a little kindness goes a long way! happy holidays yelpers!

Very nice staff and clean/organized lobby area. I initially went to the downtown USPS location who blew me off because I needed help shipping a large box 1hr to their closing time. Well worth making the drive from downtown to this Ralston (7300 Main St) location. They helped me get the same box shipped and insured. I recommend this location to anyone who wants to be assisted by happy and helpful staff!

Terri and Bill went above and beyond to make my life easier today. They should be recognized. Most post offices have employees that let you know they hate their jobs through their body language and attitudes. Not these 2. I'll be going out of my way to visit their branch from now on for my business postal needs.
