The worst place to send your packages, you don't get help from anyone, I talked to the supervisor and he was the rudest person, he slammed the door in my face, my package with passports was lost and he didn't want to help me, honestly that kind of Supervisors should not be as managers or supervisors.

Nobody that works here is capable of getting your mail forwarded. I have been to this location 3 times. I keep getting emails that my mail is still going to the old address, regardless though i have filled out change of address and cancelation to forward it. I can never get ahold of anybody at the post office by phone either. People have sent me packages that have been lost and have came an empty broken box. If i could give zero stars i would.

My only complaint is the parking lot bc it's not the easiest or most convenient to get in and out of. It's in one way and out the other, and when you're pulling out onto Saddlecreek, it can be difficult to see the oncoming cars bc they fly around the corner.

Great other than the two times the clerk made me open my sealed packaging because I guess she didn't believe that I really had books in there when I was using Media Mail rates.

Just walked in here, greeted with a smile, unlike a lot of other places where you have to ask for it (I live in NY) she offered me a receipt (it's a return to Google with a prepaid label) and she told me the reason she's giving it is for my record that I shipped it so I can get the money back from Google (proof of delivery......)
