My brother posted an important doc for me on Monday and he informed me that it was gonna arrive on Thursday of the same week, which it didn't arrive. I don't know the reason behind the lag, but it wasn't available for me which is crucial for me at that time. Hope you guys rectify those things out. Thanks

I paid for fast shipping for a gift for my partners birthday to arrive on his birthday. That day has gone and passed and the package still has not left the post office in Omaha. I’m beyond angry that I paid so much money for expedited shipping and the package seems to have gotten lost in their small building. USPS really makes it hard to appreciate their services. They take our tax money and still charge us incredible sums of money to send anything? And they want support of the citizens to not have their funding cut? Long lines, dingy building, and horrible shipping service. The only thing that makes this place 2 stars is the people who work there are very nice.

Delivery driver marked package undeliverable without making any delivery attempt at all. I was home, within a few feet of the door, there's easy unimpeded access to my townhouse, and no reason whatsoever they couldn't make the same deliveries they make on a near daily basis.

My package stated in usps possession for about 2 days in Omaha. Then it finally got to a package sorting center and took another 3 days to make it to the distribution center. It finally shipped out of omaha today. 5 days after usps got possession of the package in omaha has it finally been shipped out of omaha to the next facility. I have other packages that are shipping from PA and they made it into Isa in 2 days. Omaha is a 6 hour round trip from my location. Not sure why they are so slow. I'm very glad my tax payer money goes to something as poorly ran as this.

I had a small package to mail today and swung in here to do that. Richard, Clerk 41, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was the only one working the counter when I walked in. I only had to wait for him to finish up with the customer he was currently assisting and BAM! just like that it was my turn. Richard seemed to be genuinely happy providing incredible customer service. He made my day!

This location has a self-service quiosk and their lobby is open 24/7. They offer PO Boxes, which is an extra opportunity for them to spam you with unsolicited mail. After the COVID shutdown, the recycling bins did not come back - small bump on the recycling journey. Every time I used their mailing services, the mail clerks were helpful and friendly.

I went to the Post Office on 3030 Meridith today to pick up my mail and a package I had on hold due to a house fire. Provided the young lady a tracking number she said it showed delivered to a postal locker as it did on my phone and she would need her supervisor to investigate. I waited 12 minutes in their non air conditioning front then asked her to go get her again since she had not come forward. She told the young lady the tracking was wrong and sent her up to me to get it again, as the young lady stated at that time her supervisor should have came forth but didn't so I Provided it again! She takes it back supervisor comes forward with an attitude and tells me that's not a valid tracking number. The young lady tells her she had it up on her screen but it disappeared and also at this point has my phone that shows the same. This Woman Elaine tells me there is nothing she can do without a number which I have provided I ask her what it is she can do this woman tells the other young lady get her info I'm not dealing with this. This b**** was unprofessional and rude and definitely didn't want to do her job and it's ashame she is a site manager I have escalated this as I still don't have my package. Do better

Spoke with a really nice representative when handling my issue but I do not seem to remember his name. Anyways, my package arrived at their facility (Elkhorn, NE) a day after it was suppose to be delivered. When tracking the package, it stated 'wrong address' and was going back to sender. I looked at the address to ensure it was correct and to my surprise, it had the wrong zip code. When speaking with the representative about the issue, he was very professional and sympathetic about the situation. He stated since it was scanned that morning while attempting to deliver, he would put in a message to the facility about changing the zip code to the correct one. He added that they would only call me if they was an issue about changing the zip code... As of this morning, it is currently being sent back to sender. Postal service is a joke.What is stated above, was originally posted on the Elkhorn Location since that is who I last spoke to the representative. Received a called today from a Lisa Warren from the Omaha location in regards to the package. She states, in voicemail, "there were several attempts to try to find the correct address, none of which was successful and is currently being sent back to sender"... I have an active inquiry that was established on 6/17/23 in regards to addressing the wrong zip code.. That is all that was wrong on my package, the address itself was fine but the zip code. I don't know what "attempts" were made but I sure didn't get a call back prior to sending it back to sender. I did attempt on my end to fix what was wrong but I guess your people are just lazy and incompetent at their jobs.

We put a hold on our Mail. After 2 1/2 weeks we picked up 6 pieces of Mail. Said that was it. Told to look in our mailbox. Yes they did leave a few more pieces in the box. Went back a few days later. Another person found some more Mail in back. Still missing a credit card that I had to cancel. It was worthless to put a hold on the mail. They still delivered and lost some Mail. What was even worse was their attitude about it. They just didn't care.

I needed to ship something internationally, but had never done something like that before. The gentlemen working were very helpful and kind! I also had my four young kids with me and the employees were very patient with us.
