Constantly having problems with the bank. Keeps putting our account on hold for no reason and has made my significant other get a new card because of silly things.

We recently moved to Omaha, my address is changed and my previous address should easily be seen on the account.Today my wife tried to withdraw money, money we have directly deposited from large international company.The bank asked my wife a host of questions, levied accusations towards her, and then told her that we have 2.00 in our account despite having a balance of over 14k.Don't belittle your customers. We have ID, our car plates in your parking lot reflect our previous state. There is no excuse not to release a small amount of money to someone who banks with you if the amount isn't over 10k.

There atm never works and wen it does it just eats ur money. Wife put $250 in and it crashed and never made my deposit. Also corporate can be extremely rude and unprofessional.

If you want your money miscounted buy hundreds of dollars, take it to this branch. This has happened on more than one occasion.

Went here on my lunch break to make a couple of deposits for BF, went to drive thru because with covid surging I really do not like to go into businesses if I can avoid it. There was one car in the business lane, and me in the next lane. No other customers in drive thru. I put the checks and deposit slip in the carrier and sent them in. There were 2 people working the window. One was helping the first car, and the other was doing anything possible to not help me. Walking away from the window, bouncing around doing nothing. I usually have good luck at this branch, but after at least 8 minutes sitting in the drive thru with the free teller ignoring me I called in and asked her to send the checks back out. She was able to do that immediately with a smug smile on her face. I took them inside, walked up to the teller and she deposited them and I was out the door in 3 minutes. US bank, you need to teach your customer service people the meaning of customer service. No customer should ever be ignored for 8-10 minutes. This was at 1:00 on 8/12. I will go to a different branch next time.

This branch has been most fulfilling. They are always kind and sincere. Actually every branch that I have ever been to has done so accurately and accordingly within the allotted time given or volunteered!!! O would recommend this bank!!!

Bad service. The lady had an attitude because she wasn’t answering my question, instead she just kept repeating what she told me before. I kept trying to ask what I needed to know, told her I was trying to figure out the problem and that she doesn’t need to get an attitude and she said it’s not their problem. I then asked to be transferred and she apparently couldn’t do that.
