Tforce freight has Terrible service. Had an ETA that has been pushed back 2 weeks with 0 communication. When it finally got to Omaha after sitting in New Jersey for 2 weeks, it was sent out for delivery and drove around Omaha all day before going back to the terminal. They even guaranteed it would be here by 5pm yet the truck just went back to the terminal.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. We ordered a hitch online that stated driveway delivery. When trying to schedule the delivery she would not allow me to schedule unless we had a way to get it off the truck for them. I explained this is a residential delivery, that was not our responsibility, as the shipper was taking care of this. I had to play middle man between the company we ordered the hitch from and the shipper.The issue is still not resolved as TForceFreight will not schedule the delivery until they get an email confirmation from the company that they are allowed to use a specific truck for this delivery (this should all be in the paperwork to TForce already)TForceFreight customer service has absolutely no idea what they are talking about and were no help at all. If you can choose any other delivery service, I would. Avoid this place at all cost.

So it wasn't a good experience. Had a good engine builder build me a pretty expensive long block. Was supposed to have a box truck with power lift deliver it to my house. Got a phone call saying they aren't authorized to use one? Okay. Went and picked it up 40 miles or so away. Got it bolted to a pallet wrapped in plastic. It left the distributor in a reinforced box with other parts in it as well that never arrived and are now missing. Plus these are all the defects I found after a quick look over.- picture of it wrapped in plastic wrap and bolted to a pallet is the way it was loaded into my truck from T-Force. No rear main seal or rear seal housing.-Drivers side upper chain tensioner guide is gouged/scratched up.-water pump mounting area has groves/scratches in the block itself.-drivers side valve cover area had something drag across it.-something hit or landed on the passenger side cam gear wear the chain is.-water pump cross over bolts up there is a big gouge all the way across sealing surface.

UPS is three days late, I tracked the truck on the UPS app and he drove by and didn't stop. Then they downgraded the shipment to add another another 12 hours to the delayed delivery. Customer service is 100% worthless.

UPS could not find my address if there was a flashing strobe light from their facility all the way to my front door. Customer service is at an all time low. They constantly tell me that they will contact the local center and have someone contact me and then never do. When I ask for the direct # they tell me they can't give it to me. I constantly get messages that a delivery was attempted but that is an out and out lie. Today I was awake and by my front door. No attempt was made. NO OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE HAS AN ISSUE WITH MY ADDRESS. In the past, my packages have been left at several other locations and have been brought over by my neighbors. Just got another message as I was typing this one that my package was rescheduled again. This is the 4th time for this package and the second time for the other one I was also expecting today. I plan on continuing to complain to amazon until they hopefully change their basic ground service to ANYONE ELSE!

God I hate ups. Amazon can get it to my house heck fed ex can get it to my house and ups well they just deliver it where the hell ever and you call they say yeah the dispatcher will call you we will contact the driver keep your phone open for a hr yeah not call back 2 hrs later pretty much we dont know where it is. Bad part I was home so I know it was never delivered here gees
