Unprofessional rude staff. He scanned my code, it wouldn't work. He said "leave and go read the directions", I asked him to scan it again and he said "I'm speaking English I don't know why you don't get this".

The worst store, I don't recommend it to anyone, their workers don't care about anything, I paid a lot for a shipment that was supposed to arrive the next day and arrived three days later. They are the worst

Several people waiting in line. One employee standing back watching people rather than helping. 6 people in line. I would recommend to go to UPS store at Lakeside Center st.

I never write online reviews but my experience at the 204th St UPS location is so bad, it is worth the time it takes to write a review.
I used to go to the UPS in Lakeside but we moved closer to the UPS location on 204th so I started going to the UPS on 204th instead. The employees at the Lakeside location are always so friendly and helpful and will stop whatever they are doing when a customer comes in the store.
My experience at the 204th location is the complete opposite. The employees are not friendly. They never greet customers and they act bored and uninterested. They also move at a snail’s pace. I have been in that location multiple times and I have not seen one employee smile.
There have been several times when I have been in the store and there has been a long line. Even though there are multiple employees in the store, the employees who aren’t helping customers will not move to an open register to help. They don’t acknowledge the customers in line, apologize for the wait or say someone will be the them soon. They just go about whatever they are doing as if there are no customers in the store. Perhaps those employees aren’t trained to help customers? In that case, a simple acknowledgement to the waiting customers would be helpful - “I’m sorry I am not trained on registers but we will be with you soon.”
I am going to go back to using the Lakeside location. It is worth the drive. I hope the owner of 204th St. location reads some of these reviews and works with his employees on some basic customer service skills and suggests they do their job like they care - a smile, a greeting and a thank you are not hard and go a long way towards building a loyal customer base.

Extremely disappointed with this location. Wanted to charge me for printing a label. Called another location to confirm. They stated that there is no charge for label printing. I have never heard of an ups charging to print a label (3.06$ per label on a feee shipping item). They stated that they are independently franchised and can charge. Asked to speak to the general manager to express my concerns and they stated they do not give out his number for this. Long story short I would choose the lakeside ups for all shipping needs. They were extremely helpful. I’ll be taking my business there from now on.

This store claims to have a "Notary service" on their site, so I scheduled an appointment to do it there, and when I got there, the associate told me no, we don't do that. Why would you put that on your site if you don't have it?! Also, when you ask the associates questions, they sound so uninterested and lazy and don't even care while chewing a gum, looking at you like "hey we don't know anything we just work here!". Worst service and a waste of time! Telling me that I need to print the QR code for my return when it's already stated in the instructions that I need to show it to them to scan it.
Management needs to train their staff better or maybe replace them!

Good place to drop off pre labeled packages. If you need any other service or have to interact with staff please go elsewhere. $45 to mail a package is outrageous. Went elsewhere and was charged $10.
