I give this company 5 stars because while I was looking at moving options they were the best customer oriented company, with the best customer tools. There was no high pressure sales tactics. You can reserve for up to 48 hours without a credit card, while you work out the details, you have a dashboard associated with your quote that lets you customize dates, size, etc. They made everything very easy.

This company made my move incredibly easier. A U-Haul with gas would have cost me about $1100 and I would've had to drive the truck with my car attached to the back through denver traffic and for 9 hours.. scary! It cost me $100 more (which was a 100% worth it) to use upack and the process was seamless. My stuff was delivered within 6 days 3 states away! I highly recommend if anyone is making a cross state move. 5/5!

This was first time using these type services ... the people I dealt with were professional and kind enough to explain the process and not oversell unneeded extras. they walked me through the reservation process / tracking my container/trailer all the way through the final pickup of the container/trailer. when a friend of mine went with a competitor...he moved in July and got his stuff in late October. Not this company -- my stuff beat me to Nashville was only a day behind me when it reached Atlanta and then I had to delay it's delivery until i talked to the storage facility. Things have worked out for me on this trip. AND I SAVED between 17 and 20 THOUSAND $$ going this route instead of a full service moving company. and most importantly... my wallet didn't take this HUGE hit in the end!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Cube was clearly damaged and let water in, completely ruining our $1500 mattress. Made a claim and they said they can give me $402. An absolute joke. Was one the phone for over and hour and they told me that’s the best they could do. Do not recommend using them at all. Pay the little extra and go with PODS.

I was really scared because I had heard horror stories about using movers to move your things accross states. However I chose u-pack. I was a smooth t ransitiib from New Orleans to Nebraska. I used movers off their website in both states to load and unload. I did not have broken items I moved a China cabinet and all its contents, and glass tables. They arrived when they said and delivered within the time they said I am really pleased I would definitely use again

We had a fantastic experience with U-Pack. From my initial call, to many follow-up calls to the distribution centers with my endless questions, to the delivery drivers, everyone was extremely polite, professional, patient and helpful. Moving across states is so stressful, but this group really alleviated a lot of the anxiety. Absolutely recommend them for anyone making a move.

Great for many who are happy. Our experience is not a positive one. Drastically overpriced.1 queen mattress w/frame. 2 40" TV's and 20 plastic totes; 2'x2'x2'.$3K for 1500 miles!

Great service. Easy to arrange and organize the use of the trailer. Call reps and drivers extremely helpful and pleasant. I definitely recommend U-Pack to those needing a quality service at a reasonable price.

I rarely leave reviews for companies, but these guys are amazing!! I moved from Nebraska to New Mexico, and they really made the process much less of a headache for me. Even during the bad winter, they still managed to get my container to NM even the day before I needed it! Every person I interacted with whether it was the delivery/pickup drivers or customer service, they were all incredibly helpful. Would definitely be using them again for future moves. 10/10!

Good move, excellent customer service, flexible. I used one ReloCube, was able to change my drop off date easily when weather forced a delay. Both the gentlemen who dropped of the cube and load, and picked it up at off-load were very helpful and friendly. Good value for the service. The delivery was a few days late, but I know this was winter weather related. This was a good experience.
