Extremely unprofessional behavior. Aggressive and inappropriate responses. My husband went in for an alignment and they were raising their voices and throwing things in anger. Not a good look for business.

Waited 30 minutes to get oil change. They were rude and flippant. Tried to upsale things to me. I declined and then was told my car was too crappy to work on. Will never go there or recommend them again.

Fair price for maintenance services and knowledgeable employees who take care of your vehicle like it's their own. They fix what's wrong and you don't get your vehicle back with more problems than you brought it in with like many other shops do in Omaha.

I've been going to Tuffy for auto repairs going all the way back to when they were called Exhaust Pro's....almost 40 years now. They've ALWAYS done a great job. They're upfront with the cost estimates and have never told me I needed something done that I really didn't....Over the years I've dealt with Pat, and now Rodney, who took over for Pat after he retired. They've been in Omaha for decades and are family owned. They don't need to advertise on TV or radio....I've read all of the reviews. I apologize on their behalf if anyone has had a bad experience there.That is NOT typical.....For me, their work and reputation simply get passed around town by word of mouth, which to me beats any type of advertising.....Thank you Rodney, Ashley, Brianna and Tim for getting my Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 back up and running.

Went in just to check my tires crushed the pinch welds on the bottom of my van with their lift on all four point there lift arms picked it up. crushed them all the way up into the body. Their employee wasn’t going to say anything then got an attitude with me about it when I called her out and asked to talk to the manager ash was her name. Will be making a claim in their insurance.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were friendly and quick. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. They gained a new regular yesterday.

I went to Tuffy because I was hearing my front brakes Squeak Thought I needed brake pad. When he checked my pads were fine. Now he could of told me I did needed pad but he didn't just needed them greased. Thanks for being Honest to me

I would highly recommend Tuffys they gave me a oil change on my car and my truck also they do a whole inspection on ur car for free and send it to ur email with pictures and videos and detailed description of any other problems your car may have. They are not pushy or try to get you to get any other services staff is very polite and waiting room is comfortable they provide free coffee CLEAN bathrooms and chargers for your phone as we as a tv. I will be going back for sure!!
