Haven’t had issues in the past, but scheduled a 9 am Oil Change. I arrived at 9 am, stood in the lobby at the counter for 10 minutes, multiple people walked by but no one helped me. I ended up writing a note and left my keys with my contact information. I checked back in at 10:10, and my vehicle had not even been looked at. I am not sure what happened. I was not given an explanation. Picked up my keys and drove it across the street to a different shop. Unfortunately, I will not be back to Brakes Plus. It was that bad (and confusing) of an experience.

Been hoping to get new tires, went to four different locations to see if that would be possible with a locked lug nut!! Was a fail at each place!! Brakes Plus did it for me!! Five stars is nut enough for the team at this Brakes Plus, they got the job done!! Awesome guys with the whatever it takes attitudes!!! I won't forget this place and the guys were badass n fabulous!!! 100 stars!!

Adam was incredibly helpful today. I bought a battery for my car at Walmart, Which they seemed very uninterested in doing for me. I bought it thinking I will be able to figure it out myself. So despite the fact that I didn’t even buy the battery at their store, they put it in for me for free and Adam completely dropped what he was doing to do that for me.

I was originally disappointed in the wrong work that was done to my vehicle. Yet recently the new branch manager Brannon reached out to me and made the correct repairs that were needed in the first place and no addition cost to me. I give three stars because of the initial experience, but I give "5 Stars" to Brannon for stepping up to the plate and doing the right thing. And thanks to store owner Joe who reached out to me as well and offering me a free oil change in hopes of my return business.
