“This was my first time at West Omaha Auto for an oil change. Have had a few people talk about them and decided to try it out. Service was good and everything seemed to go well. Paid and staff said there were no concerns with my car after oil change. I didn't get any service record when I paid and didn't know if this was normal or not and I forgot to call later to check. I will have to call, no big deal but nice to have a record. Thank you!”
“The mechanic I used take my car to retired, so I was looking for a new one to take my care too consistently. My car just crossed over the 100k mark so I wanted to have a trustworthy mechanic to get as much life out of my car as possible. I did some research and I got an oil change somewhere else at first and they gave me a pretty expensive quote after an inspection that I was a little dubious of.I wanted to get another opinion and my gf recommended I see Harold at GH Auto Repair. It turned out there were some things that needed replaced on my car, but the other company had those items priced much higher, and they also had additional things in the quote that weren't necessary.It's super refreshing to find an honest mechanic who does timely and very high quality work, especially in an industry that can be as shady as Automotive work. Omaha Transmission was on the cheaper side, but they had the best warranty and price combination. After reading reviews, I know they were the best shop to do the work I needed. They were quick and friendly. They made me feel like they knew me personally every time I stopped in. They certainly have my recommendation!”

My car is usually ready sooner than they originally predict. The technician does great work. They text when your car goes into the stall. They text diagnostic results for your review. They speak to you on the phone after your review to see what direction to go in. Coffee, water, Gatorade, etc available. Transportation home or to work is also available. BTW Christian Brothers mail coupons for services. Atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Wonderful service each time. Try them for yourself.”

Was visiting with another customer waiting and she said she had went to another place prior to coming here. She then came here and stated that it seemed like the other company was trying to rip her off.
An employee came out and she told them the same thing and thanked them for their honesty. We were saying how we like this location and due to honesty this is where we will take our business.”
