Gone here a few times just for regular maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. It's under construction but from what I can tell it will be very nice once finished. Waiting area is a bit of a cluster right now but they offer coffee and water (some free snacks would be a nice *wink wink*). Contrary to other reviews they do in fact have wifi. Employees are always kind and informative. I don't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. Their time estimates could be a bit better, said 1-1.5 hours and should have been told closer to 2 hours. However, an apology was given and I was thanked for my understanding which is really all I needed to be satisfied.

I normally cringe at the thought of buying a new car, but it really wasn't all that bad this time around! Our salesperson wasn't pushy, and seemed genuinely honest. The whole process from start to finish only took a little over two hours. I walked out with the car I wanted and a great experience.

Baxter salesman, Bob Steinke, helped us purchase our third Toyota Highlander through the Toyota Lease Program. He is not a "high pressure" salesman. Bob is an experienced salesman who definitely cares about his customers. He listens to what his customers have to say. He finds out what his customers need and what they are looking for. My wife and I are very satisfied with our new suv and the monthly payments that we are going to pay. We feel that Bob was able to secure us the lowest rates that we could have gotten. Bob is a first class salesman and Baxter Toyota is a first class dealership!. I would highly recommend them!

This dealership is fabulous. Matt Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and understands what a customer really needs. After our transaction, Matt spent a tremendous amount of time to explain every aspect of our new Highlander. He made our car buying experience an absolute treat. Scheduled for a 8 AM oil change. I called at 9:15 for a status update and waited on hold until I walked in the door 15 minutes later. My car hadn't even been started yet . Why let customers book an appointment when you don't have anyone to do the work? I just need up taking my car to my neighborhood auto shop. I guess it's better to support local small businesses anyway.This is the third time I've been disappointed with my dealership where I bought my car. I'll probably end up at Corwin for my next purchase

First time buying a new car and I was not disappointed with the services provided by Nancy and Kassoum. I was a bit nervous but she was super nice from the beginning to the end of the process. Kassoum did an excellent job buy explaining to us from A to Z what we needed to know and was very transparent and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend these two if you ever need to buy a car. Overall a great experience with nice people. Thank you

As my car was being serviced, they called to recommend a spark plug replacement in addition. "Why?" I asked, they were just replaced less than 20K miles ago. It's in the Toyota maintenance history for my car. Is there something wrong with them? "Oh.....no....." They just happened to recommend it based on miles without any reason hoping I would agree. Next they tell me a nail needs to be removed from the tire. Feeling off-put about the spark plugs, I decline. Now when I pick up the car, I ask where the nail is. Well what do you know, now I learn the mechanic removed it out of the kindness of his heart, no charge. I really hope this is true, but my gut told me there never was a nail. I wanted to share in case I can validate anyone's similar experience here.

Was looking for a car for my son. Enjoyed working with this dealership. The salesperson was quick to assist us and find the car we were interested in. Other dealerships we had visited that day purposely made us wait and kept us in the dealership as long as possible wasting our time. When we told the salesperson this was the car we wanted, he called the Finance Dept and a finance person appeared to complete the paperwork within 7 minutes of the call. The document signing was all electronic and was quickly finished. No pressure to upsell add-ons or other extras. My only issue was the price we paid for the 2018 Focus, which I felt was on the high side for the car based on Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book and valuation from our bank. Unfortunately they would not negotiate at all on price or provide any extras like a few free oil changes, etc.

This is my first trip here after moving. I was a little lost when it comes to the procedure of checking in your vehicle for service but thankful was created promptly by a service specialist. The specialist took over and confirmed my appointment and guided me to the lounge. The lounge has a free self serve specialized coffee machine as well as freshly brewed coffee and water. The chairs were comfy and the lounge is big enough to spread out those waiting for their cars so you don't feel cramped! Noise was moderate but not too bad that you couldn't do work while waiting. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!

Thank you, Justin and Baxter Toyota, for making the sale of my Prius so seamless. Justin was incredibly patient and helpful while we ran into some roadblocks outside of our control. I'm glad to know that I'll be in excellent hands when we purchase a new vehicle again later this year!

My family is growing and we needed more space. I went to two different dealerships in the area and Toyota La Vista was by far the best! I was impressed with my car salesman, Courtlund Kellogg. He is laid back, not pushy whatsoever. He really looked out for what we needed. I highly recommend this dealer and salesman!
