About 15 minutes after dropping it off Matt gave me a call and already had it figured out. Both Matt and April were communicative, proactive, and professional, Matt even showed me how my radiator fan was seizing up with his thought process behind finding out the issue. Picked up the car same day. Will be coming here from now on and I recommend Lyle's to anyone.”

“B Street collision worked on my wife’s 2017 Ford escape after a Large tree branch rolled over the Front of it, crushing the windshield and smashing the area near the lower part of said glass… It came out looking so good and everything works well-(wipers ect)! They did an excellent job, I would highly recommend them!”
“I brought in a Saturn sedan that had been in a front end collision. I had loaned the car to a friend. Tim told me that the parts might be difficult to locate because the Saturn is not made anymore, but I said I would want to repair the damage if possible, and that I would pay the bill (as far as insurance was concerned the car was totaled). Tim was able to locate the necessary parts, the car was repaired, and the job was very impressive to look at. Tim was great to work with, he was accurate in his estimate of the total cost, and the customer service was great. Not only was the damage from the accident repaired but the car was clean and polished and looked totally renewed when we picked it up. I am totally impressed with the job that was performed here.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. My engine started overheating out of no where and this was the closest auto shop in my dealership network. I was skeptical as i hadn’t personally heard any reviews about them. Once i arrived i was greeted with amazing customer service and 100% transparency. Turns out i didn’t need an engine replacement like expected, just needed coolant and my radiator replaced. I loved the fact that they showd me visually the issues, instead of just saying what’s wrong with me and leaving me guessing whether or not if the issues are legit and they’re just seeking extra money. I will recommend them time and time again to anyone looking for auto repair. Best customer service and best auto repair skills i’ve ever interacted with. “After barely getting through a intersection with a failing alternator I was in full blown panic mode. I found Nearby Towing Omaha on google and was hoping I would get some help.I got super prompt transparent service from the gentleman who helped me on the phone. Not really knowing the area I wasn't the best at describing where I was at, but they didn't make me feel at all out of place. Helped me figure out where I was and exactly where I needed to get the car. They were knowledgeable about the area and super pleasant to work with.I wanted to make sure they had everything they needed to deal with the car and wanted to meet them at the car even though the time would be a little longer. I mis understood their instructions and arrived almost 20 minutes after they got there. No fuss over my tardiness just a ton of understanding and forgiveness.They let me follow them to the drop off, put it right where I needed it and were all smiles the whole time. “We took our car down to Sweet and fixed our brakes in a short amount of time and the price was affordable, however you do have to bring the car items you need repaired to the shop but we feel it's worth it for the price and how you're treated Sweet is a young professional black owned business Man who cares about the community I'd say try him before spending a ton of money for labor he's worth it thanks for being in our community Sweet he also does other work on cars. “Kaizen Collision Center did an excellent job on my 2024 Tesla Model Y repairs. Kaizen Collision Center got my Tesla to look brand new again. Ricky Tran was very helpful and did answer all my questions I did have. Ricky gave me excellent customer service and helped putting my mind at ease on the all repairs I needed. I honestly was so impressed from the moment I first called, they got me in right away, gave me a reasonable estimate, scheduled my repairs to get completed in a timely manner, and kept me updated on the process. I knew it would be towed by the city and impounded in the morning if I did not get it towed right away. I called this company, and I was towed within the hour to exactly where I wanted the car to be left off. The driver was even nice enough to drop me off at my friend's house so I didn't have to walk there. Great service!!”

“My daughter's car needed some repair. I stopped by at Don and Ron's CARSTAR Collison because one of my friend recommended to me. I could not be more happier with the service. Dennis explained the process in details and gave us an estimate that was reasonable compared with other companies in town. We received the car few days ago, and it looks amazing...they even cleaned up the inside the car -- which it was a nice detail. Customer service was top notch, they called us to update us thro the process and to inform us how everything was going. I will recommend this company 100% -”
