Live in Lawrence Kansas but am in Omaha frequently. The car wash on 180 has a great dryer. Place is super clean and many many stalls for vacuuming

So we were suckered by an employee. Wanted us to sign up for the monthly subscription. We had it once before but canceled it because we don't live close enough to get our money's worth out of it. Circumstances changed and they again spoke to us about the subscription. Told them at the time we had already had the subscription and they said no problem we can still do this for you, but we have to enter it in a different way. Gave us a slip of paper and a person met us after our wash wash complete. We'll, now we have been charged for a month of their services although we were promised we would not be. They will not refund. They need to train their employees better about policies.

Here at 8:42 when they're supposed to be open but there's no one working and all lanes are closed... I'd like to be able to use the expensive unlimited plan I pay for.

Lost and found policy changes depending on when you call. Beware of losing hub caps or wheel covers. They will deny.

I did one month of wages to try them out. This car wash does not wash the dirt off my vehicle and leaves soap residue. Then I canceled my membership in the app but they still billed me the following month. There are much better washes out here.

Great customer service! Very nice and clean car wash never had issues with this place I’ve had a subscription for about a year and overall I love it. James is a very nice guy very good customer service from him!!

Always great service the employees are always helpful and the area in the vacuum parking lot is always clean haven’t had any issues with them and I’m grateful for Juan at the window who explained the services they offer
