This has been the most unprofessional place ever. The staff is beyond ridiculous, not only their application fee says 30$ they had me sending 50$ is been almost two since I sent my application with my money order, I have been calling not just JORDAN multiple times but left messages with every staff who works at the office and I’m yet to hear from anyone. Is either a scam or steal from people and apply the fee to someone else or perhaps they pocket the money. I’m no longer interested due to stealing my money and lack of communication and it will be reported to BBB and consumers affairs. Bad business! Update JORDAN leasing Manager is a liar be aware of this company she clearly lied to BBB that she spoken directly to me when she never did on the 25th of this month or has ever returned calls, she only left a message after me contacting BBB she gave a fat lying story that was made up to get her self out of trouble. At the end of the day she can lie to whoever but God can see that she’s a big LIAR!!!!!!!!!!

Tony Rolf is the new assistant property manager here and he is absolutely amazing I’ve been a resident for three years now and I would never recommend anyone else but him. Him and Sue (my leasing agent) have gone above and beyond for me! They’re amazing! Customer service is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend both of them and Timbercreek if you’re looking for your new home!

Thank you Tony the new assistant property manager and Sue the leasing agent for getting us moved into our new unit . They transferred us into a brand new unit fast with ease. Customer service and personal relations build within so quickly is why we love timber Creek. We are so excited to see what this new office staff member comes up with next.

If your thinking about trying to move here I would have to say this is the worst company to *attempt* to rent from. I've called numerous times, left numerous voicemails, in an attempt to even see if there are any available units. Never once was i able to talk to a person and never once have I ever received a call back. There are like 4 different people with their own extensions on the automated phone greeting. Tried ALL of them and left messages..all i got was crickets. NO ANSWERWhoever "Sue, the leasing manager" is has got to be the worst leasing manager I've ever heard of because she gives NO HELP WHATSOEVER. I even went has far as emailing their corporate email to alert them of the lack of customer service and received no response from them either. Terrible.My husband and I decided to give it a shot and drive down to the office to see if we could talk to someone in the office only to be greeted by a rude note on the door saying something like ... By appointment only, we can't have people coming in and out of the office all day.If this is the way they treat people looking to move in to their community I can only imagine the bullS*it you'd have to put up with when you and *if* you'd be lucky (or unlucky) enough to actually get a unit. That's a HARD PASS from me.On a side note, a while back I did deliver an Instacart order to one of these buildings and the hallway smelled of dirty diapers, it was pretty bad. I was willing to look past that because it could have been a one off situation where someone's trash may have accumulated in their apartment making it smell bad...but after reading the other reviews I feel like this may be a reoccurring issue.ID HIGHLY RECONSIDER WASTING YOUR TIME HERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!

Renovating the whole apartment complex because the whole complex is filled with asbestos. Those of us who still have old apartments have to live in complete filth that we didn't even create. Hallways have been disgusting for over a year and nobody will come clean them up. Terrible odor. Even offered to shampoo and clean walls myself if they provided cleaning supplies. If you start complaining about the living conditions or lack of working appliances they will just find things to try to evict you for. Evicted my neighbors who was the maintenance guy for them 8 months ago for selling meth and their apartment is still filled with garbage. My fridge broke and they tried bringing their nasty cockroach filled fridge into my nice clean apartment. I freaked and said absolutely not! Well no working appliances for me because I have a nonrenovated unit which costs the same as a renovated one and they aren't going to replace old appliances in an old unit with new appliances. No working dishwasher. Water flooding my kitchen from the broke water line in my fridge. No working light in the laundry room. Trash all over the property constantly. Can't have friends over because it's too embarrassing. Complained about the odor and appearance of the hallways and came home to a lease violation for cats although I disclosed on my lease and paid a pet deposit when I moved in. Didn't notice she didn't include them on my new lease I just signed. Sad that as a single mother you have to choose between affordable housing or cleanliness for your children. The last pic is a wasp nest painted over with white paint. Police are here numerous times a week. Just save yourself the heartache and find a different apartment.

Poor management group, refuses to take care of neighbors with reported behavioral issues and handle maintenance requests in a timely manner. Power goes out constantly and oppd states it's on management's end but they refuse to fix the issue.

I have been here for almost 10 years. I really enjoy this place. The new apartment staff is doing much better & I can’t wait to move into my new renovated apartment!

As I've resided here for 5 years I have lost some amenities with the renovation but even though the large balcony and pool will no longer be available to I will continue my residence here strictly because the management has been the most helpful and caring for my well-being. Kenzie has been by my side for the past year walking me through every process with a smile on her face and Sue has been friendly every time I step into her office and knows me as a person not a number. Every apartment complex can get it's bad rap and considering the cost of living here being the best in Millard there have been some questionable circumstances but as the new management stands I couldn't be more happy staying here. Please don't go Kenzie and Sue and every maintinece man in the past couple months. You guys rock.

i lived here was a little girl and that is where my little sister grew up my little sister loved this place I love this place. I went to school at holling heights elementary. and the best thing was that the people where kind. they cared. they listened. they helped with homework and the kid programs

DO NOT move here!!!! Please listen to these reviews! Worst place ever. Management does not do their job and when you turn them in to the district manager, they harass you, retaliate, and lie to try to get you evicted. They do weekly or biweekly “house keeping” inspections just to be noisy. The grounds and hallways are disgusting and smell terrible. Mold in ceilings. There have been 3 fires since I moved in 6 months ago. Worst decision in my life to move here, trying to get out and now they are giving me bad reference. I am a wonderful tenant, never been through this in my life.
