First time here with my daughter on a Saturday. They were busy but got in right away. Very friendly, loved the atmosphere..relaxing vibe. We both got a pedicure, I added nail art. They did a great job, we'll be back. ??

Manicure guy did a great job! Really upset about Vee, short hair lady with highlights, while she was doing my pedicure she kept getting on her phone. I was really looking forward for a massage and she didn’t do one she just rubbed my legs for 2minutes each. Very upset.

I went here yesterday around 5:30 for a pedicure. When she was trying to shape up my toenails with the snippers she accidentally pulled off my half of my pinky toenail from the cuticle. I’m not sure how it happened and how only half came off, but It hurt really bad and started bleeding and she just put it back into the water and didn’t say anything. When it came time for filing she tried filing my raw toe and i asked if we could just not touch that toe because it is now hurting and she said “why does it hurt? Did you bump it?” Which kind of confused me because it almost felt like she was trying to pretend she didn’t cut it off and blame it on me. But when I said something about oh no I think you accidentally ripped it off she just ignored me and kept going. I didn’t want to be rude or cause a scene so I just let the pedicure finish. I was charged full price even though I left with no pinky toe nail, which is fine I didn’t ask for a discount. I know accidents happen and she didn’t mean to leave me without half a nail, but in my opinion she should have apologized or at least acknowledge it and avoid trying to touch it with other tools. I’m scared of it getting infected and the rest of my toes don’t look all that great. They are all different lengths and shapes and the polish job isn’t clean. I unfortunately won’t return.

Edon did a lovely dip polish on my fingernails.
Rated. 4 b/c he used the cuticle trimmer very little. And nails were smooth but cuticles snaggy and dry. Dead skin.
Stylist: Edon was my stylist. Excellent powder application, just needed more cuticle trimming.

Was rushed to sit down before I could even look at the options for colors. Then had my nails buffed down til there was almost no nail left. (And I grow strong long nails). Didn’t even paint enough layers to be opaque. And then one of my nails ripped within a week. Never going back. Waste of almost $50.

The service is fast and the staff is experienced. I provided a photo and the shape and design were spot on. I miss a manicure soak and cuticle care but I guess that’s a separate service from a full set

DO NOT GO HERE! I waited 30 minutes after they only told me it was a five minute wait and then proceeded to walk out and no one said anything. save your time and money and go to Virgo or another place.

I used to live right across the street from DDreams and would come over all the time to get my nails done and loved every minute of it. Since I moved further away, it’s been harder to get over to this part of town for me but let me just say, the drive is well worth it! I’ve tried numerous other nail salons and nobody else compares to DDreams. I always find myself disappointed going to other salons because they just don’t provide the same experience that DDreams does. The amount of care and dedication they put into each customer is beyond compare. They all do such a good job and are very reasonably priced. I can’t recommend this nail salon enough!!
