This place is the absolute BEST for all your shipping needs whether it be UPS dropoff, the US postal service or FedEx. You can also pay to ship with all three and they will give you a price compare for each one when you are looking for the best price. They have I think 2 pick ups for each service a day and the people who now own this place, the original owner probably deserved a much needed break from the industry let's face it, it's a stressful and customer service HEAVY choice, he was an amazing guy always ready to give a smile and I admit I miss him a lot. The new owners are also wonderful and are great at everything he did as well. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed they are the most accurate place in all southwest Omaha in my opinion and I do $#;@LOAD of shipping lol

TRASH HERE AT THE LOCATION 15 mins before close and they are closed without warning or notice I come here everyday and there is no consistency TRASH!!! Time to find a new location

This place was amazing when Scott and his wife owned it but it has gone downhill with each successive owner. Regularly I get other people's mail in my box, which makes me wonder how much of mine I never get because it went into someone else's box. I have had packages that they sat on for a month because they never put a notice in my box to alert me that I hadone behind the counter and have had packages that tracking shows they were delivered but owner could never find and all he would do is shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know." Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. Unlikely that I will renew when the time comes and I have been renting a box here for nearly 30 years.

Last year while my father was hospitalized I shipped all of his remaining possessions from this location. Approximately 30 prized figurines. I paid them to do all the packing for these items and send to my home in California. My father, a senior-disabled vietnam vet, spent three months in the hospital to recover, then move to my home in California only to find that everything that he had left in the world had been crushed in shipping. Not one item was spared from near complete ruin and all many collectibles. Lord of the Ring Figurines, etc. I trusted them to manage this as I was away from home and my father was still critical.The boxes arrived half the height they started, heavier figures piled on top of smaller ones. I spent nearly $300 for this and have been trying to get them to make it right since mid last year. FedEx has advised me that as they are not a "FedEx location" only a connected one, claims must be handled by them. "The Mailroom's" response is to ask me for information then ignore me. My emails have been ignored for many months now. The claim started in July of last year. FedEx has told me that it sounds like I have a very valid claim from what they've seen but it has to be handled by this location for resolution due to their contract with them.I strongly suggest not trusting anything you value to this place for shipping. I've attached pictures of the items that faired the BEST in the shipment.Follow up...another two months of nothing. Although their response 'appears' to be in good faith, my 74 yr old father still waits for an answer.

Apparently if you order Chocolate from Journey Chocolate you can pick it up here for a local pick up over the shipping option and save a few bucks. Super convenient and the individual working was very friendly. I will have to keep them in mind for future business needs.

I’m grateful for and satisfied with the postal box hosting. Easy process to obtain and good service accepting packages. However, I must caution against using The Mailroom to ship packages. It was a frustrating process with package lost and never transferred to USPS. If your package is important, do not take a chance.

This store is under new management so the previous reviews regarding customer service no longer apply. Also, the cost to ship a package UPS Ground there was literally twice as much as if I had taken it to UPS. Based on exact same shipping dimensions, weight and destination. I had no idea there was such a huge up charge or I would have taken my package directly to UPS.
