The Farnam, Autograph Collection is an amazing, centrally located place to stay in downtown Omaha. It is a very contemporary but classy hotel with loads of style and a great vibe, described as luxurious, clean, and welcoming. The ambience is perfect for either a business stay or relaxation. Guests note the superb attention to detail, including art from local artists, such as hallway carpeting replicating the Missouri River. The staff receives exceptional praise for being warm, friendly, professional, and helpful, from the front desk and bar to the restaurant, doormen, and valet. Service is stellar, with staff remembered for going above and beyond. The hotel is spotlessly clean and quiet, with spacious, comfortable rooms featuring rain showers. The beds are super comfortable. Its excellent location offers great walkability to the Old Market area, Gene Leahy Mall, parks, music venues, and restaurants. While the on-site bar is hip and the restaurant is good, some note it can be expensive. A few minor criticisms include complex shower and window shade controls, and the need for more hangers and a desk trash can. Overall, it is a credit to downtown Omaha, providing a pleasant, safe, and relaxing staycation or travel destination.

This was my first solo trip. The staff was amazing. From the bellhop, to the receptionists, to the restaurant staff. Everyone was kind and attentive. Room was amazing and comfortable. The staff had great recommendations for places to visit. I felt safe and looked after. Highly recommend.

This hotel was top notch. Sam at the front desk was able to handle all our pre booking requests with ease. Every staff member we encountered was cheerful and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. We will stay here again next time we are in Omaha.
