Target, particularly the Super Target located on 180th, receives mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the clean and organized store, as well as the efficient checkout process and friendly employees. The grocery area, however, often faces criticism due to limited selections and frequent shortages, especially in fresh produce and specialty items. Some customers express frustration about the empty shelves, questioning whether the store has enough staff to restock adequately. Despite these grocery issues, the home section is a highlight for several shoppers, who enjoy finding good clearance deals there. The convenience of ordering items for quick pickup is also valued, though many report long wait times for drive-up service, suggesting that improvements are needed in this area. Overall, while the shopping experience at Target can be pleasant regarding cleanliness and staff interactions, the inconsistent availability of products, especially in the grocery department, leaves some customers wanting more.
This target is crazy understaffed! Staff are friendly and hard working but not enough of them… pickup or drive up always take 20-30 minutes. And lines are outrageous because they only have one person checking out at any given time. I will take my business to a better managed location, even though it’s farther from home.

This Target keeps getting worse and worse. They are consistently out of produce. Also, they don’t open enough lines in the checkout. Seems like im always waiting 10-15 people deep to checkout.
