Shopping was great BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED!! NOT ENOUGH CASHIERS OR SELF CHECK OUTS!! I spent more time in line than shopping!! Then you wonder why people shop on line!! I was disappointed as you can tell!! Sorry not sorry

Went to Target to get Good & Gather Coffee Pods. The shelf was empty, and while I was searching through packages Nathan (I think) was stocking the self across from me (at approx. 2:30). He asked to help me, searched some more, then asked if he could look in the back for me. Maybe 5 min. later he came out with my coffee and a big smile on his face. Such a kind, helpful person! Really made my day.

I was traveling to Nebraska to care for my grandparents. I needed to stop by Target to buy a user friendly phone for my grandfather to use in his retirement when Nick with Target Tech helped me set up the phone. He was very kind and informative - he definitely had the best personality out of any retail employee I have ever encountered. Despite my difficult situation, he was able to shine some light in my day. Thank you Nick!!!

Target needs to increase staffing all around at this location.I stopped by the Starbucks before traveling over the weekend, some of the staff appeared frustrated, slamming things around as they make online orders, take in-person orders and at one point stopped taking in- person orders to fill online orders. Two customers were behind me and just walked back out the store. My order was supposed to be caffeine free with oat milk and it had caffeine and the employee started to make it with regular milk until I noticed it. Not a good customer experience.If you are going to have multiple channels (e.g. in-store, online) for taking orders then you must be prepared through proper staffing.You can’t retain staff if they are overwhelmed and overworked especially during holiday seasons to handle the orders.

So this location has 25 checkout lanes and 24 of them are for display. I live across the street shop here daily and have to constantly wait in line for up to 15 minutes to purchase 1 single item. There is plenty of staff that could help but the managers must not find it convenient to help and open 1 of the 24 checkout lanes on display. They need to open both self checkouts at bare minimum but have been to lazy this holiday season thus far. There is no convenience in having to walk from one end of the store to the other in order to purchase gum. And then have to wait 10 minutes at least before I can pay. This has got to be one othe busiest locations considering the entire parking lot is always packed full. Also how did the pay for new hires go from 18 last season to 15 an hour this season?

Store was an absolute mess!! Toy department was the worst. It was 12:30pm, looked like store hadn’t been straightened up in a few days. Hardly any employees working to help and went to four different scanners to check the price of an item, but none were working.

Such a chill atmosphere. Not packed like other stores. My son loves coming here as it isn't over-stimulating for him being he's ASD. He needs those kind of experiences!

I ordered an item and wait a hour for them to "look around for it before they told me to cancel it" Terrible customer service these people are jokes and don't know how to do there job I won't shop here again in the future. waste of time very unorganized.

I don’t mind doing self checkout, but this store has 20 cashier lanes that are never staffed and only four self checkout lanes on each side of the store. They could easily triple the self checkout lanes. I frequently encounter long lines, and it makes me want to not shop at this Target

My go to place to shop for the majority of my needs. Staff is very helpful when needed and always have a smile in their faces. I just love Target!
