Wait times for check out have continued to be a problem…last 2-3 visits at various targets have had 10-15 min check out wait times. There are large lines during normal hours and there’s literally 20+ registers but they only have two self check out aisles with 3-4 registers going on opposite sides of store with one employee manning.
Managers need to be able to respond to high volume lines and move personnel onto registers to expedite check out times. I saw a few people leave and multiple people talk about how ridiculous it was and it’s starting to make me not want to go over lunch or on my way home when I need to be quick.
I love targets cleanliness and variety. Also their products are great. But please cross train 2-3 employees and have self check out attendant call for assistance when line lengths overwhelm open lanes ability to accommodate rushes.

Target drive up service is the best. It’s fast. I order from my app and my order is ready within 2 hours. I use the Target on L St about 126th. The employees that bring my stuff to my car are friendly and courteous. I’ve never had a bad experience. The best part is that the service is free. No memberships to join and pay for. Highly recommended.

Shout out the employee who is always working the self checkout, you’re doing amazing - keep being awesome! You’re great at your job and it’s always a joy seeing you (I’m obviously at Target way too much!)

Alannia was super unfriendly today at the check out, her customers service was a 0/10, the only thing she barked at me was the total price of my shop, 0 eye contact, 0 communication, 0 effort, 0 anything really. It was almost like we were inconveniencing her by coming to her checkout line.
Alannia I am sorry you're having a hard day, maybe worth coming off the checkout line though. ??. ??♀️

I just love all the values at my local Target ? on 125th & L street in Omaha, NE. The customer service is always awesome and very professional staff who are willing to help. It sure beats shopping at Walmart and always having to do my own self checkout. Thank you ? Target you rock!!

The Starbucks Baristas today were rude and disrespectful. It’s weird how you can use a Starbucks gift card at Omaha West, but can’t use it here? Never coming here again.
