This is the target I love closest too and honestly it's one of my favorites as well. I'm a Pokémon card collector and they always have a decent selection of Pokémon cards so I know my hobby is covered lol. I go during evenings and normally always see employees stocking or cleaning aisles. I would say that target is normally pricier than other places. I just think they carry pricier brands which is nice because you can hope they're a bit more quality but if you need something for a one time use I'd go to the dollar store or Walmart.

I use drive up services because of medical issues. When I came to pick up a drive up order today, nobody came out. I called and was told staff would not bring it out because the weather was cold. I remained calm but said it was inconvenient to drive all the way out there before finding this out. The guest services person was dismissive and sounded annoyed. She offered no solutions. I tried to cancel my order online but it wasn't working. I tried to call back for help canceling the order several times and got no answer. I suspect my calls were being screened because I had annoyed the guest services person. This is the worst customer service experience I can recall having anywhere.

Drive up option is awful, tried to use it 3 times and ended up just cancelling and walking in myself. Not sure why it workers aren’t sent in order of arrival or how their system works, but sitting for over half an hour for less than 10 items while large orders from cars arriving less than 5 minutes prior are brought out is pretty ridiculous. the system is flawed and needs fixed. Store itself is fine but online drive up is NOT WORTH THE TIME. Only reason I’ve tried more than once was due to having a better price online, but I’d almost rather not. Waste of time and gas.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I don’t worry about ordering from Target because I know if something doesn’t work out they won’t hassle me if I return it.

Drove here from Council Bluffs to get an item that showed in stock only at this location. Website says aisle F67. There is no aisle F67 the aisles only go up to F62. Many many employees stocking shelves but all walked away quickly when I approached. I wandered around for a half hour before figuring out the F67 is an unmarked section of the outer wall.Thank you Target for a frustrating waste of time for a simple issue that could have been resolved in 5 minutes.

So incredibly pleased with my service. This started out as a 2 star trip and ended with 5 stars. Unfortunately, the trainer at the customer service is incredibly unkind and rude. I was hoping that she was just having an off day but every single time I've been in the store, she has been curt, unwilling to be helpful, unkind, and rude. Thankfully, two sweet and kind woman went out of their way to track down my order. They were extremely friendly, willing to help, and just all around enjoyable. One of them had been at the store since 4am and was SO sweet! The other saw we needed help and jumped right in to find my order. They truly changed my entirely awful experience in 10 minutes.

The store was organized and clean. The majority of the employees were nice. There was one employee (Sarah) that was rude to my mother while doing a price match in the self checkout line. Sarah was very snippy, without reason, with her. A simple price match was handled with unnecessary (negative) attitude.

Worst retail experience I’ve had in sometime that was, unfortunately, at this Target a few days ago. I’m unsure if this location has recently hired a bunch of unqualified temps for the holiday season or what the deal is, but every interaction with the staff was rude and snide for absolutely no reason. I just needed help from an employee to unlock a 3.5 mm aux-to-lightening Apple cable in the electronic section for purchase. I was directed, by an outside sales rep, to the store cashier in the electronic department and when I approached to ask if he could help, I was rudely notified that he was “off the clock”. I get that, no problem. However, when I asked if someone else was available I was cut off mid sentence with an emphatic, “no” repeated twice accompanied by a firm shaking of the head. Why go to such length to be so nasty and unhelpful? After this bizarre exchange, I wandered the store for another 10 minutes trying to find an employee to complete this simple request. It was like pulling teeth to track down anyone who, after explaining what I needed, didn’t act completely incredulous or somehow insulted that they had been asked to help in any manner, or help find one of their colleagues who could help unlock a $9.00 cord. Bizarre experience all around and I think I will be avoiding this location for a bit.

Typical Target. Always good. Always crowded. Really congenial employees. Nice experience ,even with the crowds.

Be prepared to wait to pay, either at a long line for self-check out or at one of the few staffed registers that may be open. Never had an issue with order pickup, but shop inside at the risk of waiting!

They need to learn customer service. Right when you walk in its like all eyes on new customers and makes you feel like that store is for rich people. I honestly don't feel comfortable walking into any Target and try to avoid it as much as possible. No one that works there ever greets you or ask if you need help. They just stare and that is it.

I can never get everything on my list here. They cannot keep items stocked or refuse to order enough items for the shelves.Theres 20k people in midtown who shop here. You want a certain color hair dye? The 10 they stocked of that color are out. You want toilet tablets without dye? Someone got there first. Queen sheets in the color/fabric you want? Everyone in midtown has queen sized beds good luck.Coffee #4 filters? Maybe on a Tuesday or Wed youll be able to get the 4 they ordered for the week.I go here 1st and get what I can---I always go with the expectation that at least one of my items is sold out.
