My husband and I went into to Superior Honda just to consider our options. The one we had needed new tires and we thought should we spend the money or buy a new one. Aric had sold us our last one and there he was! We were pleased to see him again. He patiently talked to us and answered all of our questions, which were many and we decided to buy a new honda. When the CR-V came in, we came back and again Aric was there to help us through the extensive process. He turned us over to Brian Jacobs in Finance, and Brian was great! He got us the best loan he could and listened to our endless questions. Overall, the experience was great and I guess I would know, this is my 7th or 8th Honda, I can't even remember!

Aric Curtice and Bill Spence are an excellent team. Very professional and courteous. Took time at the end of a Friday to get me in a new 2024 Honda Ridgeline. The truck has been flawless with trips to Ohio and now Wisconsin.

First off this review doesn’t reflect the sales team because Zach and the others were great to work with, this is issues with leadership and service. If you’re selling vehicles over the $40,000 mark, you better be ready to play the game. I could go next door and purchase a $40,000 Mercedes and be treated like a valued customer. I brought it my 23 Pilot Trailsport with an appointment and wasn’t approached until I roamed and ask for help. You were expecting me… I was then told I need a service that just so happened to not be covered by Honda’s two year service OR the maintenance plan. So a required service was not covered under two umbrellas on a brand new vehicle? I obviously had them do it because it was a brand new vehicle and want to maintain it properly. Frustrated I go into the dated service center and the only thing available is micro water bottles. Again if you’re selling vehicles over $40,000 you need to play the game. Kia has a better service center lol. Then when it’s time to pay I was met with a 3% “fee” for using a card. I DO NOT care you have to pay that fee, you’re Honda America and it’s the cost of doing business in 2024. Clearly leadership is lining their pockets and not taking care of their customers some of which are extremely loyal to Honda.

Went in today to help my younger brother buy a car. Brian Jacobs did our financing and was very unprofessional. He tried to sell my brother on extra warranty and gap insurance, which my brother knows nothing about, so he asked me for my opinion and I told him he didn’t need it. He can get gap insurance later if he changed his mind and all the extra maintenance they were offering we can do ourselves. He also wanted to keep his monthly under $300 and it was bringing it up to $340. So when he told Brian no he got very upset with me. He told me it wasn’t my car and my money so I shouldn’t have a say in it. He then kept pushing my brother on the sale and asked him for reasons he said no. My brother is very shy and just kept telling him he didn’t want it. Brian doesn’t seem to understand that no means no. He wasn’t just a regular pushy salesman, he was very angry and acting very disrespectful towards me and my brother. He would not relent and then went off on me for telling my brother he didn’t need it. At that rate we just didn’t want to buy from him because of how rude he was being, but he wasn’t getting it. Once he realized he wasn’t going to make the sale he became very unprofessional. Throwing papers at us and our debit cards at us. He said it was all video and voice recorded, which is great. I need the manager to look over this interaction and others with his clients that tell him no. He clearly has anger issues and hates being told no.

Sure wish I could give 0 stars here. Went in today, wanting to buy a car, we had sold ourselves on a couple of options listed on their website. Got there, met a nice young man that was a “salesman” for the dealership. Nice young man, but really didn’t know anything, basically had to look at the public website to see what was available. Ok, fine, I get it, training costs money. Asked to look at two specific cars, both Honda Civics, both certified used. Neither car was available! On was with another employee as a loaner, the other was checked out by the service manager. Ok, no other certified used with what we wanted. Came back with, well we could certify any of these others, but would be more expensive but couldn’t tell us how much more. His “boss” comes over and was a stereotypical used car salesman, knew everything, no value for our time, and totally clueless on basic business practices and principals. Very unprofessional looking and acting company, will NEVER be back. Went to O’Daniel Honda and had a wonderful experience! Extremely professional, extremely well trained, extremely courteous, would gladly spend more money with them than give Superior any money! Such a shame, as we just purchased an Acura from their sister dealership and had a good experience. Oh well, got a great car at an acceptable price, at O’Daniel Honda!

I came in for recall on my ridgeline. Service was amazing. I was partnered up with uncle Rick! He was training Candice who I could tell was serious about learning her new job position. I had talk to Wallie earlier about concerns I had about my transmission shifting hard. He was in a meeting when I arrived, so I decided to wait around. I know Wallie had took it upon himself to go above and beyond get to the bottom of my issues I was having with my transmission. Rick and Candice did great keeping me entertained and treating me with the utmost respect. They could've asked me to wait in the lounge and would've obliged, but they didn't and I thoroughly enjoy the time watching them work together. As I suspected Wallie was full of answers on all my concerns with my better than a truck ridgeline. I would definitely recommend anyone with a honda or looking for a Honda to visit superior of honda. I go to a lot of different dealerships around the area, they are by far a cut above the rest!

We recently moved to Omaha and my husband already has a Honda vehicle. We wanted to get another vehicle that had better gas mileage than my Jeep, but was still versatile. After much research, we decided on a Honda CR-V and found one at the Superior Honda in Omaha. When we got there, Aric greeted us and asked if we needed help. We knew which vehicle we wanted to look at and he brought it right up for us. We got to take it for a test drive and absolutely loved it. Aric helped us fill out all the paperwork and we got to take home our new 2024 CR-V hybrid. He even set up for us some parts/accessories we wanted to get installed. It's been an amazing experience at this dealership and with Aric, especially since I've had trouble with other dealerships before.
