This Starbucks has a hard time serving coffee HOT!! Whenever I go through the drive through, I have to ask for the coffee ☕️ to be served HOT!! But even when I ask, for something that should just be a given, I still receive LUKE WARM coffee more than not. They always replace the drink with a HOT coffee. But my question is why not just serve it HOT to begin with?! Very nice people, but usually disappointed that I have to ask, and then wait for the LUKE WARM coffee to be replaced with HOT coffee. So frustrating, but I LOVE Starbucks when the coffee is HOT!! Maybe I'm the only customer they have that likes HOT COFFEE!! ?

What’s going on with Starbucks? More and more of their locations don’t have all the snacks, sparking water, etc. I go out of my way to find these on road trips and it’s been pretty disappointing that it’s not reliable anymore what I will find. These stripped down locations should have different name - like “Starbucks Lite” or something. Nothing wrong at all with the service but the offerings are not what I’m expecting when I come here.

Tried going to this location a few times, always super slow so if you get a cold drink the ice is all melted by the time you wait 15 mins in line from intercom to window.
