Jakob was very aggressive with me and my wife. Came to the window with nasty hand gestures and a horrible attitude. He was trying to prove a point but only ended up making himself and Starbucks look extremely bad.I believe he was intimidated by my wife which made him get angrier. So not only was Jakob arguing with me he was arguing with my wife in drive through. Jakob if you read this just know you need to focus on developing your customer service skills and whatever your insecurities are. After all you are at your job to serve us. Not be a raging individual who is seeking attention through disrespect and tantrums. Jakob I hope you find yourself and learn how to control that inner child you still operate off of.

I'm giving a low rating cause they never have my favorite flavor which is French Vanilla. I don't understand why one of the popular flavors Starbucks don't carry it. I'll wait a couple of weeks before I return if they don't have my favorite flavor I'll start my search for a different coffee shop even though this location is very close to my house

I had a Venti Dirty Chai Latte. It was delicious! The lobby was clean and warm. Staff was happy and attentive. The manager brought out samples of a Hazelnut coffee shake with toffee nut syrup. He said it is a new drink they are offering. It was wonderful!

We had to wait at the drive-through for a few minutes. The barista came on the speaker twice to thank us for our patience and then took our order after a bit. Not a problem. They just usually are faster.

This is the closest Starbucks to my home and I try to avoid going to this one as much as possible. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. Today the lady gave me a hot drink without a sleeve and when I asked for one she smirked and said we was told not give them unless you ask, which is untrue. The time before I did a mobile order and when I arrived the girl told me next time I need to wait a little before arriving to give them time to complete the order so they don't get a line, but there was absolutely no one in the drive through, but me. I really think these girls don't like their job or don't like people, either way the service is garbage.
