I called for information. The man said he is very busy. And to call after 4 PM. Called to get information for my relative liable transportation to her Medical Appointments for her Lab work. I will not trust this company with her.

I have been using Standfast for over 1year now. The driver is polite , & a very good driver. I would very much recomend this company.

My rating is based on the horrible driving of the driver. Driving like a madman weaving in and out of traffic cutting people off. I wouldn't recommend this company whatsoever!

Horrible phone customer service the telephone is call forward itto a driver who barely speaks English and also is rude and belligerentI reported them 2 times alreadytell people not to call here ever again not know that the number was forwarded to his cellphone then once you explain the problem to him he cant make a appointment for you says he is not in the office at the moment and to call back later its been since 10/31/ 2014 trying to make a ride cause i'm a person with disabilities and no car im trying to find some other service
