The guy who helped me wasn’t wearing a name tag so not sure who to give credit to, but I’d been putting off the trip for weeks because I’d been dreading it. I was so pleasantly surprised! He didn’t try to upsell me anything, helped me get exactly what I asked for, and was very clear about the pricing. The store didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, but he easily ordered it online for me, to be shipped to my house. I had a great, easy experience and will definitely come back to this store specifically whenever I need anything!

Avoid T-Mobile at all costs. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This company offers 0 customer service and charged me an unsolicited $200 bill a month after I left their service and switched to Verizon as I was told by the sales rep if I leave by X date I would not be charged again. Complete lie. The sales rep Conned one of my family members into a free Apple Watch which she did not disclose would be $20 a month for 3 years…. When we brought this to the managers attention he openly admitted it was greasy sales and they are not at the liberty to disclose the fine print. It was like pulling teeth to get our transfer pin to leave T-Mobile they borderline refused to give it to me. What an absolute joke. It has been nothing short of a nightmare waiting for hours inside the store, hours on the phone with customer service, and constant lies, all to be hit with a dead end. I would highly, highly, highly, recommend going with cricket, Verizon, or at&t literally anyone but T-mobile.

the employees at this location are awesome! always so helpful to me and they have great attitudes. Randall, Julian, and Gabe are the best! i’ll definitely be making this location the one i visit most.

My wife and I came over after being virtually robbed by Verizon. Randall took care of us to make us feel like T Mobile didn't just want our money, but wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He gave us multiple options until one fit our budget. He could hold a conversation, leveled with us when needed, and operated at a high level of professional customer service. Randall, thanks for the help!

After seeing “online only” offers for the new iPhone 15, I reached out to the store to see if they had similar offers. They reported that they did. They also then said that the only way I could get in store customer service was to go into the store to make the purchase. Otherwise, if I signed up online, I would only be able to get customer service via the phone. Due to this concern, I went to the store to sign up. After spending over 5 hours in the store, the plan was finally set up. I did not receive a receipt for the plan (I thought that was due to the delay of the iPhone 15 and would be provided the receipt when we picked up our new phones)I then logged onto the app and saw that the plan had been set up incorrectly and had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service as they had to try and detangle the mess that was made. They also informed me that the store lied (they assumed it was so they could make a sale) and that is I would have signed up online I would have been able to access customer service in the store and that an in store purchase was not required for in store customer service.

Talked to a representative that helped us over the phone. Very helpful and appreciated his assistance. 146 Maple store will be the location I go to next time. They called me back and helped me without having to run to another store.

When I went, everything seemed great. However, a week later, I got home and checked my account, and they added a line to my account I did not want nor did they really tell me about. I'm not getting charged for it. I'm just really annoyed that I have to go back to get the line removed. Will not be going back to this location.
