Not a paid review I swear. But with their perks they have for customers , blunt, honest workers they have, i regret not using this service sooner. They didn’t try to lie and up charge me anything. With my trade in i got more than what i was expecting & they didn't even tell me.i have never been with a service provider who has so many perks. With their AA service i can NOT tell you how much they’ve helped me out ( being broke not affording insurance). Im writing this from me being stranded and being thankful for the AA they provided as my tires were slashed. They EARNED a customer for life, ill tell ya that. Most honest workers i’ve met that take pride in what they do. This sounds like a fake review but i promise, this company has helped me out so much already. Im month 2 in it, but so far everything has been hands down amazing. Will revise if changed.

Came in here to upgrade and Mike took great care of me making sure to meet my needs and not put to much pressure. I'll be back best T-Mobile in town!

Went to the Saddle Creek store in Omaha 7/3/23 because our mobile data had stopped working. Turned out to be kind of a complex issue with multiple layers. Jeremy R was brilliant - knowledgeable, patient, courteous. Did the heavy lifting, solved the problem & got us on our way. Outstanding customer service.

Tried to call and ask a simple question, guy cut me off and randomly transferred me to customer service who then called them back to get the answer. Waste of time

On august 30th, My husband I went to this location on saddle creek as it is the closest to us. I have 3 lines is service that were upgraded and switched from old sprint account to T-Mobile accounts with this midtown location in January. My husband needed a new phone and to combine our accounts. I had a insurance issue (back of phone cracked glass)First and foremost the manager of this store was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. He finally actually looked up my account and I was informed that I did not have insurance on my phone. His store sold me a $1200 iPhone for myself and a $700 for my mom. Hers had insurance, but mine did not. So at the very least I asked if I could have the screen protector changed out which I was told was an option when I bought it “just come in and we’ll swap it out for free!”He said no because I didn’t have insurance. I asked him if that made sense that I would buy a $60 screen protector and be told that was how it worked and then not get the insurance. His absolute poor customer service response was “I don’t know!” No offer to even look in to it. In the 20 years I’ve had a phone I’ve always had insurance on my phones. I also worked for sprint several years ago in a retail store so I would never not put insurance on a $1200 phone. I also know there are ways to correct mistakes made by the store. He had zero options to offer this loyal sprint/T-Mobile customer and it was physically the same people who sold me my phone/screen protector and failed to add insurance.We left this location and went to the 72nd and dodge location. My husband purchased his Samsung S22+ and $$$ in accessories.

I visited this store on 7/26 and chatted with John about my options and helped me make my decision he is a great people person. Came back next night 7/27 to make my purchase and Jonathan helped me get getting everything all set up on new phone and Jonathan I hope that answering option works better for your dad...Thanks to Jeremy also you all made my visits a pleasure. Now if I can get my service issues resolved it will all be good.

Specifically came to this store per the most recent review, hoping to find the same experience. I was fortunate enough to get to work with Brittany as well and the previous reviewer was spot on. I had some difficult billing questions that I wanted to ask before switching over to a new line and Brittany listened well to my concerns and helped me to understand what I would be charged for item by item. This representative really went above and beyond what I had experienced with other locations and service providers. I sincerely hope that T-Mobile management is keeping an eye on this fantastic employee.i have no doubt Brittany would make a brilliant manager, after working with Brittany I don't know if I will be able to trust another associate with my service plan questions or issues.
