I signed into the app. Sat in my truck for 20 minutes outside the store, waiting for the 5 minute mark. At 7 minutes my wait time went to 30 minutes. I walked in and asked if that really happened, the girl at the front said yes. Instead of causing a scene just walked out.

I love this place. I don’t get haircuts very often, but when I do I make sure to go ahead on the app and reserve my place. Always a great environment with great haircuts. Highly recommend Ash, she does an amazing job and is a joy to be around.

I walked in, checked in and chose stylist Brandy. I had a 20 min wait which I was fine with. After 16 minutes another gentleman who had a 1st available appointment went to the front to complain that he was waiting for 20 min. So when Brandy was available they put him with her which then pushed my wait time back to 30 min. So now I am suppose to wait 50 minutes now when I was down to a 4 minute wait. I went to the front and asked why. They said sorry. It was the computer that did it which was a lie as I observed her change it. Very poor experience. Looks as if you just loser a customer for life.

Some very good barbers, some are just okay. The challenge is their awkward and clunky check-in process, estimates are way off. For Example. You make an online check in and it provides an estimated appointment time to be there… you arrive and the time jumps 32 minutes later. Very disappointing. So if you like to make simple reservations to use your time efficiently, might skip this place.
