If I could give negative stars I would....I spoke with a "barber" for over 30 minutes talking about how she wanted to get my cut right....i showed her pictures and over explained and said dont touch the middle or length just clean it up....sure enough she started the clippers and went for the middle FIRST cut..my jaw dropped and told her she needed to cut it all and start from scratch she couldn't fix what she'd done. The EXACT opposite of a mowhawk regardless of the length.....worst yet she shaved everything but a bit of my once ponytail now a monk looking rat tail because "she felt bad" and "wants to leave some length.. trust i shamefully wore a hat home and shaved the rest off....I couldn't be more embarrassed or upset. I only went there because I figured a "professional" could see and cut what I couldn't....I couldn't be more wrong. I wish I had just attempted to shave it myself at least then I might not have lost all my hair or length. Now I'm back to scratch. Thanks. I you care at all about your hair save your money and time. A free cut isn't worth 7 plus years of growth....

Been going to Sport Clips for over 20 years (started when I lived in Houston, TX), and had my worst experience ever today. I've been trying to find a link to "contact us" so I can make sure the owner is aware of the situation, but haven't seen that option. I didn't want to leave a review because the owner does't seem active about responding to any feedback.At any rate, I don't recommend this location.

we love sports clips but this location is just terrible. ghetto, unfriendly, dirty and just overall not good. Owner needs to hire a better manager. they've went through a few but none of them were good. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this location.

Very disappointed in my cut today. New location and stylist, and it was terrible. Simple hair cut, even tried to show her a picture. She dismissed it saying, "well, I didn't cut your hair before." Not a pleasant attitude and cut my hair wrong. When I asked her to fix it, she said, " that's just the way your hair grows" Well, hate to tell you Ashley, the stylist before you did a perfect job and even did it with a smile. I won't be back to this location!

Not going to point out any names here. But I’m not happy right now. I had a very important photo shoot today that I mentioned before my haircut. I asked for a mid fade. I got an extremely high taper. Looks awful. No fade whatsoever and now I have to reschedule this photo because I cannot get pictures looking like this. A simple mid fade turned into a high taper. My barber also smelled like straight weed and was probably high cutting my hair. My last time I’ll ever ever ever step into a sport clips. Someone should be hiring people who know what a mid fade is and probably not cutting people’s hair under the influence.Service: Haircut

Was just in for a haircut. Waited probably less than 10 minutes to get into a chair even though every chair was already full. Ashley cut and styled my hair for me. She did an amazing job and was so quick about it! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.Services: Haircut

Whoever the dude that was working on April 26th the guy that looks goth and had all the tattoos and the tattoo on his ear is a total dbag seriously brought my 3 kids in to get their hair cuts and I was red to sit next to my son while getting his hair cut I accidentally pumped up the chair and he yelled at me for it not is he professional at all trying to persuade my son into getting a Mohawk why is there even a male dresser at sports clips not a fan and will never go to any location that he will be working at ever again and telling all my friends to definitely not bring their self’s or their kids there so irritation with this location we’ll time to find a new hair cut place spots clips is definitely not it .Service: Buzz cut

Took my child in today to get a haircut. There were two stylists working and both had customers in the chair. There were two people in front of me on the TV but neither one of them was there yet I was third in line. The one lady finished with her customer. And then proceeded to go to the back and kind of screw around a little bit. And she came back up to her chair and cleaned up there a little bit real slow like. So I'm waiting there for about 15 minutes wondering why this lady won't take me back to cut my kids hair. Then this guy comes through the door and she says oh you're up John. I said you're taking him in front of me. She said well he signed up online and he was in front you. I said that may be true but you've been screwing around back there for the last 10 to 15 minutes why didn't you take me. She said well I'm sorry I had to clean up. I'm 50 years old it doesn't take 15 minutes to clean up after a haircut. And I and I have been there multiple times where if you're out there and the person who is signed up ahead of you isn't there they always take you back. Basically I think she just didn't want to cut my kids hair because it was a kid. But I will never go back there again. And I would suggest you don't either.However I will say the one over off 125th and L is very good and I usually do go do that one. I will also say even the last few times we've gone to the one on 168th and Harrison it seems like the service that attitude and the haircuts go downhill every time.

I was originally going to get 2 cuts From Ashley my son and myself, I checked in by my self at the front of the shop and for some reason I was up first. I asked the lady if she can do my son first because I wanted to see what kind of professional cut my son wanted. Unfortunately her attitude turned she was upset as if I had asked for the world. She stated I got to switch everything around and rolled her eyes She proceeded to sit my son after 2 minutes. I asked to use scissors on the top and a fade on the side but not showing skin. She looked at me like I was talking in another language that she has never heard telling me she did not understand what I wanted... finally I just said please just do a 3 on the sides and use scissors on the top.. all I can tell you guys is that she used a machine on the top and when she asked about the side burns I asked to just line them up and she made a WOW remark this lady was not professional nor did she care the cut took less than 10mn and thats with the wash and hot towel. When she was done she did not take the time to combed my sons hair It looked messy...Worst experience ever not sure why they are in business.Service: Haircut

Had a cut by Marlene or what's her attitude... name.. she tried upselling what I don't need... the whole time she cut my hair she complained about how she doesn't make enough... it was my first time there. I didn't get the mvp treatment for a first timer.. after the cut she asked if anything more.... I asked for a rinse and she said well I'll have to charge extra for that... so I denied it. I paid and then went over to my sister's to clean up which she is a hire stylist. But she had to fix what Marlene couldn't do.

I took my kids in for a quick cut, having previously put their names on the list. We were greeted briefly by 2 people at the desk. I checked in and we were the only people waiting in the building. I proceeded to watch these 2 people clean their stations and I expected for my kids to be called back after that for their cuts. Instead, they both ignored that we were waiting and walked to the back and shut a door. Silence.... I got up and saw one other person cutting hair, the other 2 people left us sitting there for close to 10 mins. Still silence.... We left and won't be back. They could not have cared less that we were there and had no regard for our time or appointments.

I've previously given 5 stars. The ladies there are great. Don't go to the Gentleman. I fully understand I get my head shaved, but in the past, time was taken to pay attention to uneven hair, etc. Completely uneven from place to place. Even getting your head shaved I would expect service. Won't be back, will take the extra time to go to a different sports clips.
