My baby Koda had a tumor in his mouth. I had gotten a first opinion but they wanted almost $700 and wouldn't even consult. Just wanted to take him the day of and check everything out while he was under anesthesia. I came here for a second opinion because Koda had been here for shots and an ear infection. The doctor that diagnosed his ear infections said they were chronic and she did an amazing job. To this day, his ears are much better and hardly bother him at all. I went and got a consultation with the surgeon and he gave me best and worst possibilities. I was also only charged $300 for the surgery with pain meds and antibiotic. I am happy to say that the tumor was benign and the surgery went well. I am so happy with the doctors that work here. I picked up my baby boy and he was in good spirits and didn't even look like he had surgery. I am so thankful and will continue to use this animal hospital.

I really enjoy taking my dogs here. They are kind and very affordable. They treat the animals and the clients with compassion.

Took my nethargic and 105 temp dog there, didn't know what was wrong with her, on a Sunday. My veterinarian was closed. They are very nice and checked everything it could possibly be. Sent me home with medicine. Her temp came down. I gave them a 4 because of the cost. 973.00 dollars, we were glad to be able to afford it. Felt sorry for 2 ladies that had a sick puppy and couldn't afford it? They said she may have eaten something bad. Small yard kept clean, still don't have a clue as to what it was????

We rescued a dog from an abusive family. She was a hot mess..losing hair, skin tough, redness and constant itching. Everyone here is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Our forever furry daughter is a healthy happy girl. She's full of life and lives to play. Yes she's spoiled. She's been thru alot but SW animal hospital worked hard to help our girl to recovery. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Been using them for years. Yes she takes up our whole bed!

If you need a veterinarian who is caring, reliable, and has your best interests at heart, this is the place. Dr. Robert Swerczek and his staff are exceptional. I have 3 cats and I feel they treat them like my children. I highly recommend South Omaha Animal Hospital.
