This place is beyond unprofessional over the phone I got hung up on. And answered in such a disrespectful tone, when I have been a customer for years. and got threatened because I missed one appointment that I wouldn’t be accepted anymore. For anyone who thinks about coming here I would look for other places, they just take your money but give no customer service at all

I cannot say enough good things about this animal hospital and both doctors! We see Dr. Keene the most and we just love her. She is always very through and takes such wonderful care of my pups! Thank you to all the staff of South Omaha Animal Hospital! ❤️

I have been taking my pets to this facility since 2001. They are always kind, compassionate and efficient the care of my pets. Recently, one of my cats had a serous medical issue and the staff was very generous in their time in answering questions and giving sound advice.

I took my cat Franky to get neutered I got scheduled quickly about 1 month he was in and out all went well.

My baby Koda had a tumor in his mouth. I had gotten a first opinion but they wanted almost $700 and wouldn't even consult. Just wanted to take him the day of and check everything out while he was under anesthesia. I came here for a second opinion because Koda had been here for shots and an ear infection. The doctor that diagnosed his ear infections said they were chronic and she did an amazing job. To this day, his ears are much better and hardly bother him at all. I went and got a consultation with the surgeon and he gave me best and worst possibilities. I was also only charged $300 for the surgery with pain meds and antibiotic. I am happy to say that the tumor was benign and the surgery went well. I am so happy with the doctors that work here. I picked up my baby boy and he was in good spirits and didn't even look like he had surgery. I am so thankful and will continue to use this animal hospital.

Awesome experience! The Dr took his time with Mooch and thoroughly explained everything. Mooch loved everyone there.

This is where we took our dog when he needed to be put down. but fortunate. They took such great care of our sweet boy. They were kind, quiet, moved slowly for him and were so sweet. They also were amazing with us as I was a blubbering mess (as to be expected). I can't thank them enough for their kindness in one of the worst times.
