Scott is very pleasant & knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issues with my TV, and gave me a projected price range (which seemed quite fair) and timeframe. The repair was successfully completed within the timeframe, and in the middle of the stated price range. Highly recommended.

Had a rather expensive (over $3,000) 65" Samsung Plasma go dark. Took it to these guys and was able to identify and replace one of the 4 motherboards that ran this display. Total cost was 380. Was definitely worth the time it took to procure the "no longer made" part to replace and fix. Thanks guys.
