I had a wonderful first time shopping experience! Melanie helped me, and she was incredible! She did a great job and helped me find my true size while offering great suggestions and making me feel comfortable with the fitting process.I will definitely be a return customer.

I had to return two pieces bought online. The lady at the register was unfriendly and rude. She finished my return and left for the back. I didn’t know if everything was completed or not. I waited for her to come back out to verify. No smile, no how are you, no thank you, no goodbye.

Kind and professional ladies are helpful in the discovery of the right bras. They help adjust the fit while in the dressing room, and make excellent recommendations. Soma also sells the world’s most comfortable pajamas. Their overall selection is classy and doesn’t force the sex appeal like Victoria’s Secret. My preferred source for undergarments.

The staff is SOOOOO incredibly rude. I had 1 shirt to return from my huge order and you would of thought it was the end of the world to them. I was fully within the return policy and they said they would not return the item. I had to call customer service while I was in the store to get them to return it and while I sat there on hold they loudly bad-talked me to other employees and customers! I am just in shock how miserable these people are and obviously don’t care about their job or their store! I will never buy from this company again!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for bras at this location about a month ago. Theresa, was super informative and patient helping me select the perfect fit for different garment types. She even talked me into an unpadded/unlined bra that I would have never gone for, but looked great. Will stop again

Reading these reviews I too had the experience of asking to be fitted to be treated like an inconvenience. Lost 50 pounds and bras from Soma don’t fit. She measured me with my clothes on in center of store and said well you are the same size. I said but my soma bras don’t fit right at that size. She said well look around and see what you like. I have worn soma bras for some time and never had this type of experience. Disappointing.

I am a regular customer. I was treat so rudely today I put my purchases back on the rack and left. You cannot treat customers like this. I left called their main number and they apologized for the Omaha store and issued me a refund. Thank you! I will purchase on line or from others stores. I have had the same experience over the years with this store and left frustrated many times but I think this is the last time I’m dealing with it.

Went in to the Omaha store with intent to spend money on several new bras after losing 50+ pounds. Explained to staff, asked to be fitted which she made seem like an inconvenience then just sent me about my way. No help with suggestions when I said I had never tried Soma before, getting additional sizes to try, questions about fit, etc. Ended up leaving everything in the dressing room and walking out frustrated to take my money elsewhere.

I will be making 4th trip, on returns and exchanges. RIDICULOUS! The person that fitted me clearly needs retrained.
