Purchased a bed, mattress and base. Asked and told multiple times in store that if I am not satisfied I can return everything for a full refund and told yes every time. Never explained they won't take back the base, just included in fine details. Ads say you can try the bed for 100 days, no you can try the mattress. When I informed the service team about all the advertisements I was told the definition of a bed "is open to interpretation".
Try Isense to see if you like it before Sleep Number. This tactic is obviously utilized by Sleepnumber so you are stuck with their base which doesn't work on the other mattress that much better priced.
Happily returning the mattress still.

They put on a good show in the store, but when you get your $4000 air matress home and you don't like it, you will be out $500. You are forced to pay the non refundable $250 delivery and setup fee, and much to my surprise, an additional $250 pick-up fee. I explicitly asked my salesman in the event that we would return it. The only thing that will be deducted from my refund is the initial delivery fee, correct? That's right, he says. Customer support dressed it up and said you aren't paying for a pickup fee it's just not being refunded to you!?!? Whatever this dishonest company wants to call it, I was lied to for a sale, and they won't make it right. If the company isn't willing to take the chance that you won't like what you bought and refund you the full amount, then they aren't really confident in their products. Go try any of the countless mattresses that will let you try it totally risk free and then make sleep number your last resort, it might be a great bed for some people but it shouldn't be anyone's first attempt with how they treat customersResponse to the comment: When it came time to purchase I did it over the phone and never signed anything. I only ever spoke to the one salesperson who again failed to inform me of any such fee. When I explicitly asked him if there was anything deducted from my refund and he said no then I wasn't very inclined to read any terms and conditions. And I guarantee if I was informed at any point of this I wouldn't have even tried the bed.

I am very sorry to say that I was disappointed in Sleep Number for not exchanging my Split King Sheets, that ripped right where the seam is on the bed. It is clearly not sewn correctly by the manufacturer to support the stress at that location when the bed raises and lowers separate from one another. They only warranty it for the first year, I am just over that by a few months. Their sheets are NOT CHEAP.

I purchased a mattress and base from them. Loved it! We absolutly loved that we could get a sleep score and the bed was comfortable. It all went sour after I decided to go purchase a bed frame from them. The frame was delivered and when they left, they didn't make sure that the bed was still working. I don't know what happened when they installed the bed frame, but it just wouldn't connect to the wifi in my house anymore. We spent an unreal amount of time trying to troubleshoot with our internet provider and even went as far as to replace our modem. After over 40 full hours of troubleshooting, I asked that they send someone out. They just don't care and no one in the company takes any responsibility. Guess they just don't stand by their product. Won't be purchasing from Sleep Number again.

Terrible bed to buy. Our pump went out after having it since 2017 and they said 6-7 months for the pump. What do we sleep on now? They did not seem to care. The warranty is trash they don’t seem to honor it

Expect delays in delivery that you could have paid for.Didn't deliver when scheduled, was rescheduled 2 times, 1st time delivery was rescheduled due to "weather," didn't notify us until an hour after our delivery window was passed. Took half a day pto for delivery.2nd delivery was rescheduled because someone managed to lose a very expensive bed (how does one lose a expensive bed!?) Was in notified 4 hours before delivery window. Had to take another half day of pto.Get it together!

Quite possible the worst customer service for replacement parts. I ordered and paid for a remote in June, yes June and still my part are "on back order" Never, never again would I buy from these folks.
