We've been going here for over 5 years now. We always see Dr. May. She's more then amazing. And has always taken special care of our dogs. They have gone above and beyond countless times for us. The staff is so caring and thoughtful. We had to put our dog down from an accident and they couldn't of been more kind and caring during our time of grieving. I recommend them everytime as a vet to go to. They've always been able to fit us in and work with us reguardless of the situation.

We have been going here for almost a decade and over the last 5 years, I have become extremely disappointed with Skyline Veterinary. It’s clear that their top priority is money, not the well-being of the animals. They try to upsell me at every turn. Simple tasks like cleaning his ears (when being seen for an ear infection)—something that should have been part of the treatment—were charged extra at an outlandish price. They seem to have no issue tacking on unnecessary expenses, making you feel like you’re just a dollar sign. I didn’t feel like they genuinely cared about my dog’s health, only about squeezing more money out of me. My most recent experience was the final straw. When my 15 year old dog, who had been a patient there for nearly a decade, was in a critical, life-threatening condition, I reached out to them in desperation. Instead of offering compassion or any sense of urgency, they refused to make time for us — in fact, they offered an appointment the NEXT WEEK. We had to put him down before that. I will never go back here, and would strongly encourage others to find other options as well. We switched to Dr. Sam at Elkhorn South Veterinary and they treated us like family out of the gate.

Dr. Ryan is wonderful! She listens and explains everything in detail! (Please disregard the one star review I had inadvertently left, I have no idea how that happened, I have edited to reflect our satisfaction)! We love Skyline Vet clinic!

Although we had to make the hardest decision to let our beloved dog Nasa go, we sincerely appreciate Dr. Kelly for her professionalism, compassion, and kindness. Dr. Kelly is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and their families.

I would highly recommend this clinic. We had to get our fur baby seen on short notice and they were more than happy to accommodate even though we were a new patient. The staff was kind and helpful. The vet and the vet tech were very caring and gentle.

All of the staff at Skyline Veterinary Clinic were so kind when I lost my cat, Izzy. They walked us through the whole process and made things so easy. 10/10 would go back with any of my fur babies!

I have been to many clinics with my cat, who lived over 19 years old and this one was the best. The staff, techs, and doctors were also super professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness and the overabundance of compassion when we decided it was time to put our cat down. I could not recommend a better veterinary clinic more!

Skyline Vet Clinic has decent Veterinarians, however, they've spent so much on making their clinic "Stand Out" that their procedures are double or triple the cost of other vet clinics we've taken our dogs to yet provide the same level of care as other vets. Not worth it.
Additionally, they have 0 accountability when managing appointments and go overboard in relying on their "computer system" when a simple process of calling a secondary number on file to confirm that an appointment is unavailable after they had previously confirmed the appointment. I understand that mistakes happen, but for you to simply give up after trying to call one number twice to cancel an appointment on us is unacceptable customer service. Your text messaging system could easily do this, since you rely on it to do everything else.

Amazing vet! All the techs and the docs are all so so sweet! The prices are reasonable, they help with whatever they can and they'll work with you. Our dog Luka has something going on that we're not sure about and they've helped him tremendously! Also always extremely fast service. Over all I love this vet and it's my go to now!

Great experience! My little dog Fiona had two surgeries done at Skyline, pyometra (recent) and teeth removal (2yrs ago). Both surgeries went great, Fiona recovered fast from both surgeries. The staff communicated well and kept me updated as much as possible. Fast, friendly and caring clinic, highly recommend!
