Literally have only bought Skechers for the last 10 years. Maybe 3-5 pair a year. Casual, walking, work boot etc. Neer had to return a pair until today. The size 10-1/2 just hurt my feet after wearing them. Went to return for an 11 and with receipt and no damage to shoes was refused. Not to mention the initial conversation started of very judgmental. Yes I've been doing yardwork and need to complete errands. Will never come to this store again.

I’d been shopping for Skechers online but not anymore. This store was great! The selection is excellent and well organized. Cindy was very helpful. My challenge is finding my size but they can order them for me and I will have a chance to see the shoe in person first. Win-win! I’ll be back.
