Sirius Veterinary Orthopedic Center is a facility described as a well-oiled machine that provides excellent service and fantastic, impressive care. The level of care and detail taken is beyond comparison to others in the area. The staff is caring, very friendly, very informative, and has a calm demeanor, showing how much they care. They go above and beyond to ensure quality information and provide thorough and reassuring communication every step of the process. The process from beginning to end is clear, with top-notch instructions that are very clear and useful. During a pet's surgery stay, the staff provides helpful message updates and pictures. After taking a pet home, they are just a text away for questions and refills. The items sent home, like a magnet schedule and an ice pack, are exceptionally useful and thoughtful. Recommendations for physical therapy videos and support groups are exceptional. The doctors and surgeons are amazing and knowledgeable experts. Patients are treated as athletes, whether a champion or a family pet, with the utmost respect. Many clients state there is nowhere else they would go and that they trust Sirius to provide the best care.
