I've been here plenty of times usually the counter staff is awesome. The two that were working today looked like they could really careless about helping anyone. If they worked at hyvee they would be sent home definitely not a helpful smile in any aisle. I went to lowes. Robert from there was more helpful. I bumped my review for only one reason. Customer service is looking into this experience. My company buys 1000.00s of dollars of paint here yearly. I'm assuming this will be resolved and look forward to a very positive next visit with a better customer service experience.

Stopping in for a little bit of a paint session! The store is conveniently located in central Omaha just north of Dodge and Cass Street. Parking is convenient as it's located in a small strip mall.The store itself offers an awesome color center with free samples and store personnel will assist you if needed. Additionally, paint supplies, including ladders, drop cloths, etc. are all available. Paint is meticulously mixed and if necessary even matched. I brought in a piece of an old handrail and the customer service folks were able to match the color perfectly!Pricing may be a little more than non-name brand paints, however, I have found that Sherwin-Williams paints hold up against a lot more punishment for both interior and exterior surfaces. Highly recommend that you check out the Sherwin-Williams store for your painting needs.

You won't go wrong using any Sherwin Williams store in Omaha. This store is no exception. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. They offer quality products to make a job well done. This is what we use at our house. We have tried big box store products in past and have learned to stick with quality products over cheaper prices. It pays off in the long run. This is your place to get the quality products you need to make your project last a long time.

Very knowledgeable staff, I uswd to go to another stain shop to get my custom matches. The other shop would take weeks to get me a sample. Sherwin Williams was several days. They have earned my business for all my stain matches.
